A big thank you to See and George for a wonderful stay. It is peaceful and tranquil up the back of Blackheath. The air is fresh, and you're able to hear the birds it's that quiet. The cottage was cosy, the bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect for winter. The fireplace was one of the reasons we booked here. We wanted a fireplace for a winters getaway. They provide you with all you need for making your own breakfast in the mornings, which was wonderful. We honestly felt at home. It was perfect! We highly recommend you come stay here. Thanks again See and we'll most definitely be back!

Truly a delightful spot! Sparklingly clean with all necessities provided in a cosy comfort cabin. Luscious gardens abound and the beauty of the Blue Mountains as well as Blackheaths hearty treats are in walking reach. The hosts are charm personified.

This is my favourite place I've EVER reviewed, and this is my 372nd review.
See and George are wonderful hosts.
The location is exceptionally convenient for local hiking and backpacking trails, which are some of the most beautiful in the region.
And the suite was lovely - wood fireplace (ready to light when you arrive), spa bath, plenty of space.

The hosts provide you with a breakfast basket free of charge and restock it as required. The rooms are warm when you get there. We've stayed in a lot of places in the Blue Mountains and liked many of them, but this has them all beat. We visit this area frequently and in future our first choice will be to see if Secrets Hideaway has a room available.

Genuine warm hospitality. There's no substitute for it.

The Accommodation ticked all the boxes for our weekend getaway. Beautifully presented and had everything you needed.
The service was fantastic and the information we received before hand was comprehensive, so if you never been to the area before you would know what to look for.
The Breakfast supplies and cooking facilities where super convenient and fresh.
Highly recommend this property for a weekend escape.

The rooms had character and were well equipped. The kitchenette facilities were good and the breakfast ingredients were tasty and plentiful. There were lovely touches, such as the provision of mince pies and a Christmas pudding. The owner went 'above and beyond' giving us lifts into Blackheath (which was also walkable). The cottage is very well placed for the Grand Canyon walk and in easy reach of many other trails.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secrets Hideaway. Everything we could have wanted for was provided, and much more; we were staying just after Christmas, and the host provided a lovely hamper of Christmas goodies! The location is perfect for exploring the Blue Mountains more generally, but is also a short walk from Evan’s Lookout. The room was clean, tidy, and felt cozy, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Very happy with my mini stay at Secret Hideaway Chauffeur Cottage for my birthday weekend.
See added to my amazing stay with some birthday treats that I appreciated so much.
Everything was beyond my expectations.
Loved the food, the fire on a wet rainy Saturday and a large spa bath !
Have told many people how good it was and will return again.

We had an amazing stay at Secrets Hideaway! Seenuan went the extra mile by picking us up from the train station, so kind. The Maid's suite was incredibly comfortable, and the full breakfast, complete with fresh eggs from their coop and homemade bread, was a delight. The suite itself is equipped with a spa bath, a fire pit, and plenty of board games – just perfect for us! This was honestly the best stay experience my girlfriend and I have had, and for such a fair price. They even provide free bikes, and the location is super close to the Grand Canyon track. Highly recommend a visit – the garden creates a truly private and secluded atmosphere.
