Good little cafe behind Trio. Boss is very friendly, and food was nice.
You will need to park under Trio for free parking, or pay for parking ticket on street.

I was looking for a coffee and went for a walk to this cafe finding it on Google Maps. When I got there at 8am on a weekday all of the lights were off and there was no person at the register. I didn’t feel like finding someone to make it and kept walking.

When my Uber was a 15min wait I went back and walked in. The man came to the front and was extremely friendly which I can really appreciate! They also had big sizes which is rare. I asked if they have flavoured syrups and they don’t, so I couldn’t get my preferred coffee. I ordered a mocha which was ok and met the purpose but nothing special to get me to return.

Unfortunately, the food missed the mark during our visit. I’m usually pretty easygoing when it comes to food, but the waffle Benedict was disappointing — the waffle was so tough it was difficult to cut even with a butter knife. On top of that, the dish arrived lukewarm. The overall experience felt a little off, and it seemed like the staff member (who appeared to be both the waiter and chef) wasn’t particularly enthusiastic about being there. Sadly, it was our first and last visit.

Beautiful interior, lovely presentation and good food! The portions were a little small though, especially for the Real Wife’s Breakfast. Delicious but could use a little more! The drinks were great—will definitely come back!

Small cafe near Boxhill hospital - come here for lunch and got the chicken avo toastie. It was pretty quiet when I was there, seems like a decent place to do some work on a laptop and get a coffee.

The waiting time was reasonable, staff were nice but I thought that the price ($16) for the toast was out of proportion. It wasn’t too heavily packed with chicken and avocado.

The menu boasts a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully presented. Portion sizes are fine, and considering the quality, the prices are reasonable. The restaurant maintains a clean and tidy atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to return to again.

This place is sweet and cozy for a nice brunch with friends. If you are someone who likes to spend time alone, then also this place does justice.

The serving staff was friendly, we were served nicely and we felt welcomed from the time we stepped in. Cheers to them.

My long black was perfect, and it made my day (my day starts at noon, lol). We ordered a range of cuisine from the menu, and to be honest, they added a distinct and likable flavour to those dishes.

Seating arrangement was a little clumsy, but given the fact that the place had limited space, they have done pretty well in accommodating decent gathering.

Good going guy, keep up the good work.
