I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife and love to thank De-Anne and her team for a wonderful experience and will certainly come back.
The apartment was very clean with all the amenities.The grounds were very well maintained and clean as well.
The location is certainly quiet especially in the evening.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, location is great since it's right next to Fingal beach.
It was just weird that we had to make our own bed (they provided us with the bed sheets, pillow sheets and bed cover and we had to set it up ourselves). The check-out time is strictly 10am but we have to (1) ensure all the dishes are cleaned and put back in the cabinet, (2) linen are removed from the bed and placed in a separate bag, (3) all trash placed in a recycling bag, and (4) we woke up with bugs on the bed. It was quite a lot of work for an early check in and a holiday resort (and not an airbnb).
It was a decent stay but for the price unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Wonderful little holiday park- nice staff, close to the Bach and a park across the road and on-site, trampolines and a warm pool. Warm enough to swim in mid winter with the kids - thank you so so much for doing this. I purposely booked with you because of this for a nights escape with my family! Thanks so much.

Accommodation great, located just across the road from Fingal Bay Beach an excellent beach. However the biggest drawback is everywhere in Nelson Bay,Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay etc are parking meters everywhere. I just hate the way tourists are treated as cash cows for these areas.
Even in the non peak periods and not school holiday times when there is plenty of parking available.
Didn’t do alot of things we would have done like a whale watching cruise and a ferry trip over to Tea Gardens, lunch, coffee etc in Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay that lost out because of parking costs.
A BIG TURN OFF to coming back or recommending family etc to go to the area is the cost of parking everywhere.
There are plenty of other towns in this great country to see that don’t hate tourists us grey travelers.

Seaside Holiday resort, perfect location right opposite the beach with play ground for kids. Units clean and tidy with everything you need. Friendly staff on arrival, and lots of lovely walks around the area. Try out the Longboat cafe at the surf club.

Excellent location right opposite the beach, a cafe and a restaurant. A small supermarket and bottle shop are close. The rooms are large and the beds extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was provided to enable us to self cater. We were given very helpful information on the local area.

Our family’s second home! We love this place so much! Thank you for always making it so easy to want to come back! So clean, convenient, close to the beach, so much for the kids to do and great place for adults to relax at the same time! Thank you De Anne, Shelly, the friendly maintenance and cleaning staff who are always so welcoming…great team. Until next holidays
