I recently started coming here after being recommended by a friend and have not been disappointed. Service is warm and friendly, coffee is great and if you feel like treating yourself the spinach triangles are delicious.
I also love that’s it’s not amongst the morning chaos where the rest of the cafes are. You can enjoy a nice quiet morning and still have views of the ocean. If you’ve been thinking about checking this place out, do it!

I used to love coming to Seashells for coffee but since it’s moved to the new shop, the service just hasn’t been the same. The baristas aren’t friendly and coffee takes a very long time… on two occasions my order has been wrong, and when I’ve gone back to get it fixed they show no care. Quite disappointing.

Don’t know why they didn’t want to serve me

I was here yesterday as well and they served others before me I waited 15 minutes to have my order taken but it was a joke I was ignored and so I left

Tried again today this is the third day I’ve wanted to go here as I like the bellaroma beans

Only one other lady there drinking her coffee and snacks but they suggested I go elsewhere? Would love to know what it was about me perhaps because I’m not a local

Also yesterday there were so many flies like 10+ so I’m glad I didn’t get my food from here

Bought a flat white coffee and a hot chocolate today The milk was scalded ,to hot to drink I asked for extra chocolate in my hot chocolate and paid extra for it. Absolutely the worst coffee and hot chocolate I have paid for in my life. I am currently sitting at the waterfront at Bargara and I tipped my hot chocolate out. My partner couldn't drink his coffee.The Young girl that started shift when we ordered you could tell she obviously didn't want to be at work. We always go to the windmill and get great service happy faces and good food and hot chocolate and coffee . We Couldn't go today as closed for show holiday. Who ever owns seashells needs to send there staff for some learning. I am a ex business owner and it was awful today. Obviously luck of the draw with your staff. But also your hot chocolate and coffee is awful. Obviously your coffee machine needs a good flush out and clean and you also need to use better products ,ie ,coffee beans and quality of chocolate used in hot chocolate is needed to be upgraded, and your staff members need to get heat temp right also. If you did these things you would have mine and my partners continued repore. Sorry to have to wrote all this but you need to know.

Owner has not paid super contributions for over a year. Doesn’t answer any messages and have even taken it to fairwork which they can’t get in contact with the owner either. Really disappointing
