This is a great location in Caloundra. The views are amazing! The apartments are well priced. The new managers (Marlon & Tina) keep the place incredibly clean and tidy.
There is a nice pool and bbq area, but the pool was cold in May (suggest they turn on the heater pump).
Pay the extra and stay on the top floor!! Never stayed lower, so don't know what those apartments are like, but the top floor is lovely.
Only negatives are there can be a bit of loud road noise as people go past with massive exhausts (several times a night) and noise from the pub around the corner (Friday night music till 1ish). These two negatives are not all the time and tolerable.
But based on the price, views, size of the apartment and distance to the beach, it is a great family holiday location!

We didn't choose this location as it was offered via my daughter's dance school via a 3rd party but all in all we were happy with the result. We arrived early and contacted the managers, who did return our phone call, allowing us to check in early. On check in we were given the option of a couple of rooms but due to no elevator and travelling with older inlaws we chose a lower level apartment. The apartments could do with a little work but they were functional and comfortable, with sea views and the perfect location. The perfection location label, can Ben given as it's walking distance to beach, town, cinemas, resturants etc and on a bus route. The pool and BBQ were clean and a nice area to visit and use. The only annoyance was my vehicle was too tall for the garage and the front was paid street parking and back free parking but only 5 bays, it did mean some shuffling the car around. For the price and location I would recommend these apartments for a short Sunshine Coast break. Management are doing a pretty good job.

On arrival there was nowhere to say where reception was so had to ring the manager, she came down and gave us our keys and apologised that our beds hadn't been made up yet as they had run out of linen, which was fine. The apartment was ok, but not very clean, windows dirty, dusty bed heads, dirt under the sofa, dirt on top of pantry, window sils dirty and a few other places. Sheer curtains on the window that were tied in a knot as were to long and they didn't close so not very private.Squeaky single beds, need to be looked at.The car park was not secure as the gate was usually left open and locked, but on 2 occasions it was down and we had to ring the manager to open the gate, not really good enough. And lastly no drier in laundry and could do with a decent heater only a small fan heater. So overall good position nice view, good price, but please clean the place and give it a fresh coat of paint. glad we were only there for a few days.

I read a lot reviews on Tripadvisor and Booking.com prior to our stay over the September school holidays and was feeling concerned about what we would find. I worked out there were a few things I needed to pack in the suitcases so was not caught out for example when we went swimming as I had packed the beach towels. Well I was pleasantly surprised. Karen the Unit Manager got in touch prior to our stay to re-confirm we were still staying at the Units and kept in touch via text/email over the course of the day of check in.||After reading the reviews I was aware there was no reception office however due to our unintentional late arrival Karen arranged for someone else to meet us and show us the way up all four floors to the unit.||We stayed in Unit 13 (2 bed, 2 bath, laundry, kitchen/dining/lounge) on the top floor which had an excellent selection of facilities. The apartment was clean and tidy with an added bonus of a rooftop balcony. The apartment has a single car garage and is a short walk to Bulcock Street where there a lot of shops, cafes, pub and a cinema. In addition it is a short hilly walk down to Bulcock Beach.||First thing anyone needs to be aware of there is no reception office and no lifts in the Units. So if you have any mobility issues it is best to stay on the ground or first floor units. ||From the garage to Unit 13 there is five flights of stairs so definitely a cardio work out. ||This can't be changed but what can be improved on are the following:||No beach towels (nor anywhere to hire them), no face washers, 1 bath mat for two bathrooms, no welcome/information folder for the apartment or information about Caloundra. No dishcloth in the kitchen (not everyone wants to use a scrubbing brush to wipe down benches). Remote for fan not working. No blanket on main bed except for thin slippery satin comforter, bedroom window would not open.||Pool dirty with a lot of leaf mulch on the bottom of the pool which got stirred up when people were in the pool. Pool shower floor dirty, toilet and floor dirty (toilet got spot cleaned when a complaint made to the manager via text). BBQ dirty.||Most of these items could be easily fixed which would be a massive improvement. Lastly did not meet the Unit Manager in person the entire time of our stay.

Pleasantly surprised with the apartment, spacious 2 bedroom on the top floor with great views from the balcony and from the upper roof deck that was exclusively for me. Laundry and kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals. Also had my very own lock up garage with remote entry.

Couple of negatives... no reception to checkin and checkout, had to call on arrival to find out how you get in. The same on checkout, you have to call the on site manager to meet you. I couldn't get the balcony sliding door to lock either, but given I was on the top floor, was not a big deal.

Both of these negatives would not stop me from returning again. The manager was informative and friendly.

We booked through bookings.com a month in advance. We arrived early and tried to contact the manager via the phone numbers left on the reception front door. None of the phone numbers worked and the apartment listed number is disconnected. We went and had lunch and came back at 1:30pm (check in was 2pm). The manager's daughter finally answered the buzzing door. Waited 20 mins to get the key to our room, unit 6. No lift, we had to walk 5 flights of stairs with our luggage to get to our unit. No big deal but with two adults and two kids we had a fair bit to carry up from ground floor. Finally got into the unit and it smelt dusty and the curtains were barely hanging. Ceiling fans in every room but none of them worked and the most of the windows were rusted shut. No toaster or working kettle, no simple things like complimentary tea/coffee/sugar/washing up liquid, no pegs and hardly anything to cook with. The car park was ample big enough for a matchbox car but not our Toyota Rav 4. The 'one' smoke alarm in the unit was broken with no battery and hanging off the wall. Our 5 year old daughter sat on the carpet to play with her toys and got bites all over her legs. Rang bookings.com and got them to cancel and left without paying a cent. Bookings.com have also taken them off their website. Wouldn't stay there even if it was free. The pictures shown on their website and booking websites are nothing like the apartments at all! I do not recommend these apartments to anyone.

stayed in unit 13 with rooftop terrace which was infested with lice, managers made things right by moving me to unit 14 which was lovely however they kept an expensive polo shirt and beach towel to wash and return to me but by end of stay they still had not cleaned them and promised to post them to me, also when i paid for the room it had to be in cash and was told they had no change to give me my $20 change and promised to deposit in my bank account. fast forward 10 months and i still have no got my polo shirt, towel or money after texting them and getting no reply i would not recommend staying here, its a shame as its in a lovely spot.

It's a a dump!!!!!! If you're living in the 70s it'd be perfect!!!! No reception we didn't know how to get into the place, NO ELEVATOR so you have to lug everything up the stairs!!! We walked in and the curtain was hanging off the rack, glasses in the cupboard looked greasy. We ended up washing everything before we used it. The exhaust fan in the toilet wouldn't stop running!!! There was a little fridge on top of a cupboard that was FULL OF MOULD!!! Only small glimpses of the beach!!!! The car parks underneath are so tiny and the size of a postage stamp. We ended up parking on the street!!! The rooms are nothing like what you see on the net & only have air con in selected units on the top floor!!!! Very disappointed indeed
