⚠️This place is no longer open as a hotel ⚠️
No matter what site you book your room from, you will show up to a run down closed hotel. The owner has recently done a runner and sold each room separately and gone out of business.

Absolutely disgusting place. Couldn't be in their room for more than 20mins without feeling sick. There was food crumbs on the bed when we arrived, mould everywhere and pubes in the shower and bathroom floor. Manager was rude when kindly addressed the issues, we ended up just leaving at a loss of money

The resort seems to be a mixture of Airbnb, residential apartments and apartments for tourist accomodation. We have booked our accomodation through booking.com for a couple of nights. |Keys were left in a safe box for us to collect. As soon as we got to our room we were welcomed with a strong smell of incense of some sort which was not desirable at all. |The bed was made but has stains on the sheet. Furnitures were outdated with tears on the chairs. Curtains were dirty with signs of mould. |Bathroom / shower floor wasn't cleaned. |Dust on all over the appliances. |Microwave and fridge dirty. |Cockroaches when it came night time|We called the reception and knocked on the door to report and hopefully we get moved to a different room- Domenic the manager ignored us. Picked up and Hanged up the phone on us.|We had no choice but to stay the night and checked out early in the morning - returned our keys and reported all the issues to Domenic for which he had many excuses that aren't professional at all if your running a business. |We had to spend many hours on the phone with booking.com to refund us the remaining of our accomodation paid already- showed them all the photos we had. |It took a few days but luckily got a refund for the remaining of the stay. ||Please do yourselves a favour and not stay at this resort as it will ruin your holiday. It surely did for us.

We stayed in apartment 13.
Lovely,well equipped and clean apartment for our 1 week stay .
Beds are super comfy.
Recommend staying in this apartment.
Unfortunately,the outside of this resort leaves a lot to be desired .
The pool is lovely,but not kept clean.
The outside areas are not clean.
Such a shame

Apartment 13 was lovely and clean. Had everything you would need for a self catering stay . |Very comfy beds. |Excellent showers. |Washing machine,dryer and dishwasher! |Beautiful verandah overlooking the pool. |Aircon worked really well.|Quiet area.

the place needs a lot to be desired..my wife had to clean the whole unit before we could use it. Draws all dirty . microwave had stuff at the back of the traw, .stools unsafe ..to sit on. Carpet rip at the top of the stairs asking for someone to get tripped.up Pests in the cupboards'. Mold in the shower. Fridge dirty.||dishwasher not clean.||only reason we had to stay there,was it was xmas. no other accommodation available.told the management but they were not very interested,even gave them a list. not very happy, won't be going back there.

This is quite a good place to stay. Not great, but it’s okay. Pros: short walk (15 mins) to main shopping area, or a 5 min drive. Close to beaches too. The apartments have good amenities, reasonable kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The pool and spa is pretty good. Rooms have balconies, and undercover car parking.
Cons: looking a little tired and needs sprucing up. No lifts if you have an upstairs unit. No wifi in the rooms. Tiny, flat panel TV which for 2022 doesn’t really make sense. Reasonable value for money, but Coolum can be pricey.
Overall not bad, but compare pricing in the vicinity.

It was a room.
Poor fitting linen on the king single beds, came off the first night to reveal stained and torn mattresses that were saggy. Top of microwave was dirty and the toaster hadn't been cleaned.
The freezer in the bar fridge hadn't been cleaned since something exploded in it. Duct tape on the toilet pipes.
Grabbed a dork to use for dinner and it was dirty. One of the wine glassiwas stuck to the shelf with black yuk around the rim and I grabbed a coffee cup to reveal more muck underneath it. The "patio/balcony' had no roof and the plastic table was cracked and deteriorating. We couldn't park on the premises , had to park out front on a muddied grass strip with pot holes. My son said the pool was nice tho.
I have taken photos of it all. I wouldn't recommend this so-called "resort" to anyone!!
