Loved the pool, facilities and staff.

Not a fan of any cashless business however as we get additional charges using tap and go, so that was disappointing.

The live music dude was great and we could watch and listen from the balcony, as well as nearby with the kids.

Very much a children friendly resort and the extras we got through our package deal was absolutely fantastic.

We took the family to stay, the wife and two little kids both aged four and the venue was fantastic for them.
Plenty of other children for them to play with, the staff where always nearby and helpful and sea world itself was a perfect place for the kids heaps for them to interact with as the rides weren’t really their thing.
Highly recommend and would definitely go back when the kids are older to enjoy the rides and have a even better experience

We had an amazing 10-night stay at Sea World Resort with our family! The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. My husband and I treated ourselves to a 2-hour massage each, and our therapists were fantastic. The resort offers so many activities for kids, keeping them entertained throughout the stay.

However, the breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown. It lacked variety and was quite bland, which was disappointing, especially since our kids only ate pancakes. We weren’t the only ones who felt this way, as we overheard other guests sharing the same sentiment. If we decide to return, we’ll definitely skip the breakfast package. Still, overall, a wonderful stay with lots of positives!

We had an incredible family holiday at this hotel! The structure is fantastic and perfectly designed for families looking for fun and relaxation. The service was outstanding—I've never seen so many lifeguards who were so attentive and vigilant. It made me feel completely at ease letting the kids enjoy swimming safely.

The dining options were excellent, with plenty of high-quality restaurants to choose from. The buffet was particularly convenient for us with the kids, offering delicious options and an easy, stress-free dining experience. A special shoutout to Carla at the buffet—her service was amazing and made our meals even more enjoyable.

We stay at sea world every time we visit the Gold Coast. We just visited first week of Jan and of course loved it!
The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned, clean and tidy.
We stayed in the garden wing, which was close to a little park and the pool.
The pool is perfect for all ages.
The restaurants within the resort are reasonable priced and great quality!
Very kid friendly! Have lots happening to keep the kids entertained ! Kids club also but have to book early.

Carla and Marissa went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful experience. Their warm, personal touch made us feel welcome and valued. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, showcasing great attention to detail and quality.

We truly appreciate the handwritten thank-you note we received—it was such a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. Sea World Resort and the Lobby Lounge team exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. I have to rate this place 5 stars , service and the ease of which your kids can have a great time whilst parents can relax. From swimming pools and spas to massage therapy to gym to arcade rooms to having 3 or 4 restuarants internally inbuilt into the resort ..food quality amazing . Walk straight into the theme park. The bottle of champagne and antipasto plate on arrival great touch . Loved the live music on most nights and outdoor movie cinema for the kids . Will be back for sure!

Staff are so lovely and helpful. Rooms clean and serviced. Pool and surrounding slides etc are incredible for the kids.
Great place for families.
Restaurants inside are great. Shout out to waitress Dakota from Melrose restaurant, great service. Recommend for families with young kids.
