We enjoyed the location of this apartment at Kings Beach- out of the razzmatazz of Caloundra. However, on arrival, we noticed a strange smell and cockroaches in the kitchen area. We reported it and it was not till next day that it was sprayed. Later we noticed the bathrooms were grubby in the corners and there was no complimentary shampoo or tissues etc just one tiny piece of soap. Added to this, there was no wifi which is must if you want to access Netflix etc. A shame for a otherwise comfortable and well- priced apartment. The pool was great and the gardens lovely.

I've just had a great time staying at Sea Point Ocean Apartments. The 2nd floor apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped; the beds very comfy. Sitting out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sea views and ships passing was a treat. The sea breeze kept the apartment cool enough during the night. Beautiful tropical gardens surround the heated pool; the grounds are very well kept. Liz, the resident manager, couldn't have been more helpful. Plenty of walking tracks along the beach front, and access to the shops not all that far away. Would definitely recommend Sea Point Ocean Apartments and look forward to returning there.

This large apartment was great for a family of 4. It was spacious, well furnished, well equipped and had spectacular views. The distance from any swimming beach was a good 8-10 minutes walk but the was a good pool available at the apartment.||It was advertised as having internet available but we never managed to get a strong enough signal to be able to register. Likewise 3G network was extremely slow and only available intermittently.||There is no lift and no aircon but the ceiling fans work well.

We needed to book a three night stay at the last minute and Sea Point was the best option we could find close to Caboolture being the start of school holidays. We got a great rate and snapped it up only to find on arrival what an delightful place it was. Onsite managers are always a joy but David and Liz bent over backwards to be accomodating to us, especially when our 3pm arrival blew out to nearly midnight. ||The apartment is obviously dated but the furniture and decor nicely updated. Very comfortable with a very well equiped kitchen and stellar view. Tropical garden is stunning and the pool looked gorgeous. Close to nice Cafes and restaurants and secure car parking for the rental car was a bonus. We were on the top floor so do be mindful of stairs but it was no bother to us. Sea Point will definitely be on my list for accomodation choices in the future when I travel with my husband and kids.

Stayed one night, last night, at Sea Point Ocean Apartments. One of very few in the area that offer a one night stay. We had Unit 14 and it was fabulous. Very large unit with the queen bed bedroom having an ensuite & walk in robe. There was also another bathroom and separate toilet which can be used by guests using the second bedroom which is two single beds and also has a large built in robe. The unit also had its own laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board. The kitchen was well stocked with all the required pans, crockery, glassware utensils etc. The unit was spotless and the views from the balcony fantastic. This unit has no aircon so could be quite warm in summer but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms which was enough last night as the temp. finally dropped after a very warm day. As this is a fully self contained, self catering unit I would suggest taking extra tea towels & toilet roll if you were planning on staying for more than one night. A great location, a great unit and a very nice onsite manager. Big thanks to Liz for allowing us to drop our food in before we set off to Australia Zoo for the day. Onsite very secure parking is another good feature of this property.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2014. We were on the second floor (thought about the third top floor but decided against it due to the stairs) and had a fantastic view of the ocean. Eating breakfast on the balcony was great. We needed some extra things and there was no problem in getting them sent to our apartment. There were two bedrooms an en-suite an extra bathroom and toilet. The bedrooms were located at the back of the apartment so there was very little ocean noise. Full sized kitchen with dishwasher, lounge, dining and laundry. A secure underground parking area, where our space was a little tight for a Toyota Camry - took a little maneuvering. The location of the apartment was good. There was an ocean side walkway that went to Kings Cliff beach - took about 30 minutes return walk - double that time to walk to Caloundra. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and other locations just a short drive away. Will visit here again.

Stayed here with a friend in June, and was very happy with our overall experience. We had a few minor problems with the apartment given but Liz, the manager, was only too happy to move us to another, which was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. You do need a car to stay here ideally, as quite a hike to local shops at Kings Beach and no bus service along Victoria Terrace. We managed with taxis and/or courtesy bus if we visited the local club. The views from all apartments are great, just opposite the ocean, although the nearest beach is a bit of a walk away. I would stay here again but would hire a car next time!
