TLDR: Vistied Alana for Botox - exceptional experience. Visited Reani for Facial - it was seriously so wonderful, Reani is so lovely and personable, 100000x would reccomend Reani. Studio is clean and well organised.

Review from two visits:

First Visit:
I visited SCC to get botox for the very first time. I mainly wanted to do lots of preventable work as I have no deep set wrinkles.

I was really nervous going into this experience. I'm really fine with needles (obviously not my favourite) but I just didn't know what to expect for botox injections.

Alana was really calm, friendly and informative. The studio was clean and well organised. Alana talked me through the whole experience and explained where the needles would go and the approximation of pain I would experience. When it came to the needles she gave me a little squish ball to hold. She prepped me for each needle by stating "pinch" so I knew when to expect the jab.

I felt like the risks had been explained to me and I was prepared with what to expect.

Overall a great experience and I booked to come back for my first facial in 2 weeks.

Visit 2: I visited Reani to have my facial. I asked Reani to explain skin care to me because I have practically no knowledge. She took the time to understand my skin needs an tailor a facial to suit me. She explained what each product was and how exactly it works in the skin. It felt like a short masters course in skin care and I LOVED IT. During the massage Reani was attentive to areas of tension and took the time to massage out areas that were sore (she really went above and beyond). The facial was a 10/10 and ontop of that Reani was just super lovely and kind. For customer service I give Reani a 20/10. I walked away from the whole experience feeling so happy. I brought my camera along with me because I love photography and I asked if I could snap some photos. Reani was accomodating to that as well. I have included the photos in this review x

I have been a Client of Alana's for some years now and cannot recommend her enough.I travel from Brisbane every 3 months as I truly believe she's the best in the business.I have watched Alana's business grow and her professional and pride that she has in her work and her attention to detail is second to none.

Alana's location is beautiful and carefully decorated with style and a warming ambiance as you walk in and her team are always welcoming.

I recommend the Skin Gym membership as I guarantee you will save yourself a great deal of money and for me it's worth it 100%.

Alana has always assisted myself in securing an appointment and has been more than accommodating to myself and I appreciate this.

I don't believe I would find anyone better in Brisbane and for this reason I'll continue to see Alana on the Sunshine Coast.
