I’ve been here before and they are usually pretty good but I went there this weekend just gone and I’ve had almost the whole week of work unpaid because my lower back is in agony. Within an hour of that massage the whole of my lower back has been hurt so badly I’m using crutches to get around. I’ve never had this happen with remedial massage but I cannot recommend this place as this pain is crippling.

UPDATE: I have a herniated disc as a result of this massage. I even felt the pop when she sat me up and put all her body weight on my shoulders pressing me down and compressing my spine to the point that it cracked and herniated my disc. Drs have advised I have to stay off my feet and it can take up to 6 months to heal during which I’m supposed to move houses and work at a desk. So I fail to see how calling you about this issue is going to help. You can’t fix my back. Unless you are planning to compensate me for the injury you have caused on me.

Don't waste your money

Pre-Covid I used to go to Sawang Thai massage on High St Penrith once a month and get a massage from Rose who was very good. Called up 2 months ago to be told she has left so I have waited as I have been hesitate on getting a poor massage.My problematic areas have been giving me grief the last few days so I decided on my way home from work I would bite the bullet and give Sawang Queen St St Mary's a go.
Disappointed big time!!!
massue left room 3x times to answer the phone, spent the first 10 minutes worrying about getting the heater working, skimmed over my problem areas and finished 5 minutes early for a 120minute massage which should of went longer due to leaving room for phone calls and not knowing how to work the heater.
The decor is nice and clean but poor technique and customer service
Won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Friendly Staff and open until 7pm on weekdays.

I went there with my other half who has always had issues (at other massage places) with masseuses not being strong enough and usually end up hearing him asking for them to do it harder / stronger... So I asked the lady on the phone at the time of booking if he could have someone strong to which she replied "everyone here is strong"...
Not once did he complain or ask for the lady to go harder and had a wonderful massage.

For myself, my lady was perfect from the get go. We both had the "Hot Oil" massage and will definitely be getting this one again.

I recommend booking a day or two in advance if you are planning to go in the evening.

Great quality massage.
I have had neck problems for a long time and could not believe the difference after my massage. My masseuse was very skilled and worked on my problem area for quite a while and it paid off, my neck feels the best it has ever been. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend this place
