Long time cold immersion and sauna user, but first time contrast therapy experience early this morning, and absolutely loved it.

Matt was welcoming and personable from the moment I walked in. He provided clear guidance on best practice, and made me feel at home.

The space itself is clean and relaxing, and the few patrons I bumped were friendly and respectful.

I’ve now signed up for unlimited sessions on a weekly membership. The membership itself is well-priced considering the perks, and in comparison with what is currently on offer in the marketplace.

My favourite family owned business hands down and also (hands down) my favourite sauna. They keep this place immaculate at all times and it is absolutely bang for your buck. Matt even helped reverse my car out of a spot I couldn’t get out of one time ? talk about quality service!

What a find! Fire and ice work their wonders on body and mind at Saunaus. Be prepared to start a whole new voyage of discovery as you move from soothing sauna heat into those bracing icy waters! From the first session, I’ve enjoyed better sleep, energy levels, self esteem, confidence and enthusiasm. And the herbal teas, fruit, laid back recovery area, showers and total vibe are just fabulous!! Matt and Rhylka, you totally rock!

Lovely, super clean and full of warm wooden aromas in the sauna. The introductory tour given to all first time guests was fantastic, factual and personalised. I met lots of friendly folk with various sports injuries during our Yoga, Sauna, Chill session. The ice bath was an invigorating 4 degrees - Highly recommended experience. Thank you. I’ll definitely return on a regular basis. Slept better and my lower back pain dissolved. ?

The best experience ever! Amazing service from the second you walk in the door. Super friendly people everyone loves a chat but you can also do your own thing if you’d like to. The sauna is big and spacious and the ice bath is colddd. Really nice space to chill and have tea and fruit. They also have really nice oils in the bathrooms for everyone to use. Highly recommend!!

The biggest sauna i have ever been in NSW, amazing facilities and ice bath is always so clean and full of ice!! Brought my son and he enjoyed the massage chair. Super welcoming staff! Cant recommend it enough!

Was in the Gong for a few days and my daughter Tess introduced me to Saunaus- what a fantastic experience!! Wish I was a local,am surrounded by infrareds here but nothing compares to a traditional sauna with all the bells and whistles in a lovely ambient space- and such good value provided by friendly,caring staff …will visit again soon.

Overall I highly recommend. The staff and environment is very calming, welcoming and safe. I attended their nude sauna night and found everyone very respectful and safe, and surprisingly everyone was very social!
