Had a sneaky hour to celebrate our birthdays. Sauna Boat was a treat. Sauna is beautiful, and the big window out to water is amazing. It was super hot at 85 degrees but having the plunge pool was brilliant.
There are 2 little change rooms and an outdoor shower.
Well worth the experience. Friendly staff as well.

A great activity to do with friends. Lovely setting. Will certainly be back again.
Would love if the sauna boat offered a monthly membership for locals in Kettering. Could get used to a 5am cold plunge before work.

The Sauna boat was idyllic and a terrific way to recover from a long run! The facilities are perfectly maintained and the sauna itself immaculate. Loved the sauna masters tips and the towels provided to use in the sauna. Can’t wait to come back in winter!

Perfection. Have enjoyed the sunrise 7:00 am session twice now. Staff member intially welcoming then unobtrusive throughout session. Stunning harbour location. Sauna and plunge pool excellent. Online booking quick & easy. Highly recommend this experience.

Great plan for a date or with friends. The view from the boat is beautiful and the sea plunge pool is just perfect for after the sauna.

Recommend booking in advance and a private session if you can (the sauna can feel a bit small if sharing with strangers).
