Wonderful little space which feels welcoming and serene. I really enjoyed the private room for a Finnish sauna and cold bath contrast therapy. The sauna is spotless and staff were very friendly. Next time I'm booking 2 sessions back to back!

I visited Sauna Amalfi Avalon on Sunday feeling a bit broken after a big sporting week—and left feeling brand new. From the moment you step inside, it’s clear this place is next level. The fit-out is stunning: effortlessly stylish with a premium, calming vibe that, paired with the Amalfi energy, wouldn’t feel out of place in LA, London, or New York.

They offer a Swedish sauna, infrared saunas, and a cold plunge—all immaculately maintained and seriously effective. It’s spotless, serene, and designed with real care for restoration and recovery.

Gracie, the assistant on the day, was so warm and welcoming—she instantly made us feel at home. I walked out feeling completely invigorated and genuinely better.

We’re lucky to have something of this calibre right here in Avalon. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

I had a wonderful first experience at Sauna Amalfi. I didn’t know what to expect but was greeted with amazing friendliness (watch you don’t trip on the front step like I did though but I’m a special…), and the interior is just so beautiful. It doesn’t look like it’s going to be much coming up the stairs but keep going! The sauna itself was stunning and the cute little bucket and water was so Hygge I can’t even. I had meditation music coming through the speakers in the sauna which was lovely (hot tip tho don’t throw your bag on the remote and then spend time figuring out how to get back to Spotify from Netflix. Haha) The ice bath was..okay it was super cold and I didn’t last very long each time but It was a rush to try! Only thing I was say is there wasn’t a clock anywhere so when I was told “do 10 minutes” in the sauna then 3 in the ice bath (more like seconds) I have nooo time management and my phone died so I wasn’t sure what was going on haha. But it all worked out in the end :p Maybe shampoo and conditioner in shower for after would be amazing although obv don’t want to put that in the ice bath, but there’s soap? Just a thought. Possibly 2 towels too as I used one in the sauna to sit on, but again I’m a special. Thanks again for everything. Will be back to try and extend the 3 seconds to minutes..slowly haha!
