My time at Sassy’s Cafe today was honestly the worst experience I’d had in a while. The service was the only good part. The dining area is filth, with dust, dead flies, and handprints on the windows that haven’t been cleaned. And the food was decent, but my friend was served a chicken burger that was still raw in the middle.
Not to mention all of the workers are walking around miserable because they’re scared of the boss, who is honestly one of the worst people to work for that I’ve ever seen.

Wow 🤩 How good was my Pepper Pie!! Everyone’s taste is different however for me this was the best Pepper Pie I’ve had whilst travelling Australia on our lap. Beautiful crust with diced steak and just the right amount of gravy and pepper. If you like Pepper Pie’s you gotta try this. Absolutely loved it

Awesome food and service. Owners are great people providing a great service and creating jobs in our small town. My personal favourites are the chicken, leek and mushroom pie or the steak and jalapeño pie

Absolute amazing hidden gem. Stopped in here before leaving Cowell and did not regret it. Amazing food and service. Had a chunky beef, cheese and bacon pie, a sassy breakfast roll and the family got food. Take the time and go out of your way to try this amazing place and support a small business ❤️

Staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to give us good service. My only regret is I was too full after eating my hamburger to try the house made pepper pie! I highly recommend this modern, new cafe.
