Have been going to Sassy Minx regularly now for about 2yrs. The attentiveness that each staff member gives to not only their own client, but also other clients is amazing. You feel calm and relaxed as soon as you enter Sassy Minx's doorway. You feel as if your a person and not a number or form of "cash cow".
The shop itself is always well maintained and just adds to the feel of relaxation. The shop always smells amazing and not like other nail placed that I've been to.
Even my husband loves his regular pedi's.
The Sassy Minx crew are amazing. So of your looking for a new nail tech/salon, you cannot go passed these guys.

I got a manicure and pedicure here, and I was really impressed! The salon is exceptionally clean, the staff are highly professional, and they’re also very friendly, making the experience even better. The final look of my nails always catches my eye—they pay attention to every detail. I always ask for almond-shaped nails, and I finally found a place that does them perfectly, exactly the way I want. If you’re looking for a top-notch nail salon in Hervey Bay, I highly recommend this place. I’ve tried three or four other salons, and this one stands out the most!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work I received from this nail salon I visited recently. Although I wouldn't usually post pictures of my feet anywhere, I felt the need to share my experience so others don't have to go through the same bad experience I had.

When I entered the shop, the person at the desk greeted me with hospitality and a welcoming vibe, making me believe that I could trust the place. However, the nail technician who did my nails, had a cold vibe. Maybe she had a bad day, so I won't complain about that.

The thing that I cannot accept is that she didn't ask me about my preferred nail shape before starting. When she asked me if I was okay with the nail cutting, I was shocked to the core because my nails looked like a child had cut them. I informed her that I prefer a round shape, but she refused, citing that it may lead to ingrown nails. I trusted her professionalism, but the nails didn't look good - they weren't straight. I requested her to fix them, but they still looked bad, even after the second attempt.

Secondly, she didn't even consult me about the color I wanted and started applying the base coat without my input. I had to stop her at that point because my nails were brittle and unhealthy, so I didn't want to add any color. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, she assured me that the technician would consult with me, but that didn't happen. I asked her if it was okay to do gel, given that my nail was brittle. She said yes confidently, but I couldn't trust her at this point. So I told her that I'd opt for buffing instead, and she agreed to do it. But she ended my session abruptly without buffing and didn't even bother to tell me that it was not done.

This may sound petty, but I want to paint a picture of how unprofessional she was. She started my session, and the customer she attended to before me needed something to be fixed. She didn't even have the courtesy to excuse herself politely and just left me unattended.

I found her behavior to be extremely unprofessional. She seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. As paying customers, we deserve better treatment, regardless of the time of day. If it is not possible to work late in the day, the option to book appointments at that time should not be offered in the first place.

I don't usually write long reviews, but I feel hurt knowing that I paid $69 for a service that I could have done better myself. The so-called 'executive feet treatment/spa' didn't feel like one!

I wanted this to be my go-to place, considering how good the Google reviews were compared to other places, but after my first session, I am convinced that I will never come back here ever again!

I have been going to Eddie for the past 3 years and I must say I would not go anywhere else. All equipment used is sterilized and the salon is spotless. They pamper you and make the experience comfortable and enjoyable.
