I have just experienced a 2 day Reiki Level 1 workshop at Sarvaga Light, and as cliche as it sounds, I feel transformed and enlightened. I’m so thankful to have learned from such a great person, Johan made learning feel like I wasn’t learning. I made real connections with total strangers! So, to sum up my weekend, I learned Reiki, made new friends, learned a lot about myself, became more aware, ate some amazing food and I’m definitely go back for more workshops.

My friend and I saw Johan for a Reiki session. It was our first experience with Reiki and it was a surprising, eye opening and wonderful experience. Last weekend I took some Taking Care of me time. Completing Reiki 1, with Johan. Was I out of my comfort zone, hell Yes. Yes it was Confronting at times, helped with and made me see things differently. My only regret is not having done it sooner. Until now I never felt ready. Johan has a presence & energy that you are drawn to & can't ignore. Both Johan & his wife Karen welcome you into their home like family and we are looked after well. We even got a delicious home cooked lunch and plenty of snacks, hot drinks etc to keep our sustenance & energy levels up!

This course was simply WOW! We learnt so much about our selves, our energy centres and each other . We met some amazing like-minded people & developed connections on a much deeper level. We now have a support network, a family, a tribe, friends like none we have ever had before and are so grateful. 🙏🏾
