A Beautiful beachfront property. Very spacious with 4 bedrooms/bathroom. A well equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine. We recently stayed here with a large group of friends and had the most relaxing holiday. Amazing pool and spa and cabana to sit under with your favourite book or cocktail! Just a few steps and your on the beach. The best thing was going to sleep with sound of the ocean each night. Highly recommend, will be back!

The relaxation begins as you make your way through the gates of the private estate and descend into the unsuspecting lush tropical oasis that is surrounding Sapphire Sands. You will find adequate off street and on street parking right on the doorstep, so you don’t have far to transport your belongings.

This house can comfortably accommodate 4 couples, or a group. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable (linen provided), and there is a smart tv in each room. The main bedroom is luxurious, with your own balcony, a walk in robe and has a bathroom with the best view of the ocean.

There are two spacious indoor living areas (each with a smart tv), generous indoor and outdoor dining areas with larges tables to accommodate your group, balconies as well as an expansive outdoor area. The large indoor living and dining space opens up to the outside dining space, with stacking doors. From here you can wander out past the jacuzzi and waterfall edge pool, a covered lounging cabana area, two sun lounges and out onto the beach. The pool area and beach are accessible through a series of pool fences, giving you peace of mind, if there are little ones about. This beach is good for surfing.

The kitchen at Sapphire Sands is the most well equipped kitchen in any holiday house I’ve ever stayed at, which is excellent if you want to stay in for meals and make the most of the relaxing surroundings. The kitchen is easy to use and has the ability to cater to a good amount of people. The stove/oven is huge, with ample baking and cookware, the fridge and pantry space is enormous and there is a generous and thoughtful supply of all the essentials such as garbage bags, cleaning products, and food storage. There is also a barbecue outside available for your use.

On my first night here, I was so enamoured by the house, and outside surroundings, trying to take everything in, that I failed to acknowledge the one thing that everyone appreciates seeing in the morning….. a coffee machine. And not just any machine!! Your needs have been well considered, with the provision of the latest Breville Oracle touch with a fresh supply of locally roasted coffee beans! This machine is very easy to use and clean afterwards.

There is a laundry with a tub and a modern washing machine and dryer. There is indoor and outdoor hanging spaces for clothing. Bathroom and pool towels are provided. A portacot and highchair is available if required.

A short drive up the freeway, you will find everything you need at the bespoke Moonee Market. It is a quaint shopping centre, with a supermarket, natural foods shop, and other independent clothing stores, including a community book depository. This is worth a visit.

Sapphire Sands is approximately 14 mins drive north of Coffs Harbour. Here you are in close proximity to the Forest Sky Pier lookout, Bonville Golf Resort (voted best in Australia), the Big Banana, stunning beaches, the harbour and great cafe and restaurants.

Came away for a girls week. Such a wonderful location it’s Luxurious, comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need is here. I highly recommend it for a getaway.

This house is awesome. Everything you can possibly need is there for you. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a bbq outside. There is plenty of space for everyone with four large bedroom, all with bathrooms. The view is awesome, you may even see a kangaroo on the beach. There is a retro video game table in the upstairs lounge room which the kids and adults will love. The outdoor areas have a perfect view of the beach and ocean, with private access, great for that early morning or late afternoon stroll or play on the beach. Thank you for a great holiday !

Stayed here for 5 nights , the house was absolutely amazing , plenty of wardrobe space , even provided multiple body lotions , shampoos etc in every bathroom , it’s even bigger in real life , everything was clean , every draw was full of everything you need to cook and clean . Included a ping pong table , card games , plenty of things to entertain kids and adults. The pool and spa was a 10/10 (even better at night with the lights ) and location was truly a hidden gem. Me and my partner would absolutely recommend staying here , it’s also perfect distance (5-10mins) from all the shops , beaches , and tourist areas while still being in a secluded area eveything we needed was in the palm of our hands ,. It is the perfect beach house/getaway for any type of occasion and we felt like we were on our own island with how private the area is .We will definitely be coming back . Thankyou !

Stayed here with 10 of us. So much space. From the moment we walked in it was "WOW" Beautiful kitchen with every mod-con, great bathrooms and the beds were so comfortable. Your own private resort with pool, spa and a great Bali hut then a few more steps onto your private beach. 2 mins to Pacific Highway and a short easy drive into Coffs Harbour, Big Banana and hinterland and all the region has to offer. I Highly recommend for groups and extended families. There is nothing I would change.
