Bonus to have a separate room to the main in the family room. The room and garden are well kept. Bathroom is upgraded and the shower is great. Despite located right at the roundabout and on a Friday evening, we were not disturbed and it was quiet at night. Easy walk to restaurants and lakeside boardwalk, The service is welcoming and friendly. We received messages a few days before arrival, which is useful.

I had a great week-long stay at Sapphire Waters Motor Inn. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. There was also ample parking, which was convenient. The only issue I encountered was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during my stay, which I hope will be resolved next time. Other than that, everything was spot on, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

If you want a basic clean motel room walking distance to the clubs, pub and shops then this is it. The only gripe is that the sink is in the bathroom. (Upstairs units)

This motel was excellent - clean, comfy rooms with everything you could need for a perfect stay in Merimbula. Parking was easy and the accommodation is within easy walking distance to the shops. The balcony was an added bonus. Highly recommended!

Place is good. Good location in town. Bathrooms look like they've been recently renovated which is nice. No soap in the shower dispenser but that was quickly rectified. Bit dirty under the bed and the couch is a bit old. Bed very comfy. Parking is a bit tight if you've got a big vehicle. Staff were very friendly. Say hello to John the dog, he loves a game of fetch.

We recently stayed at The Saphire Waters Motor Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our experience there.
From a warm greeting on arrival to accommodating my vehicle towing a trailer with secure parking was just the beginning.
A Spotlessly clean room and comfy bed, with lovely views across Merimbula were fabulous.
With a warm family feeling to seamless check in and out procedure I highly recommend staying here.

Overall quite satisfied with the experience. Nothing espetacular, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Only con is the pillow was quite hard and the shower was a bit hard to regulate
