We had an amazing 2-night stay at Sapphire Beach Caravan Park! The powered campsite was perfect, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. The highlights were definitely the two beautiful pools, which were a hit with our family. Our kids loved spending time at the playground and playing putt-putt golf – great for keeping them entertained.||The communal shower block was a pleasant surprise; recently renovated and truly second to none. It was spotless, modern, and exceeded our expectations. We can't recommend this caravan park enough – a wonderful spot for families!

I stayed on one of the powered sites here and had a fantastic stay! I was sleeping in a swag and was never woken by any noise, it's very peaceful.
The beach access is fantastic and the 2 pools are lovely as well. The bathrooms are possibly the best I've ever used in a caravan park, very clean and modern, they've done a great job in the remodel.
A lot for kids to do with the pools, ocean, games room and mini golf. The kitchen area has great facilities and is quite spacious, 3 or 4 families could use it at once without much issue.
I'm keen to stay again next time I visit Coffs Harbour.
The staff were great too, the lady in the office was very helpful and I had a fun chat with the cleaner.
Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful caravan park with brilliant facilities. We were unfortunate enough to arrive on a weekend of storms. We set up on a flat, easily accessible site in the dark and the rain, and spent the first night hoping the canvas would hold. The next morning, it was still raining, however, the campsite was well drained, with very little standing water. It was also super protected from the worst of the storm - when I walked down onto the beach, the strength of the wind was phenomenal, but back on the campsite, it was relatively calm. When we realised the rain was not going to stop, the staff went out of their way to find us a cabin, so the kids and I could stay dry. My partner stayed on the campsite with the dog. Dogs are not allowed in cabins, but the staff offered to let us have him stay in the car nearby if the weather got too bad. We opted to keep the campsite, as the dog was likely to bark incessantly, even if we were nearby, and I didn't want to be THAT family that everyone hates. ||The grounds are idyllic - they're shaded from the worst of the heat and beautifully maintained. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked amazing, as did the BBQ area, mini golf and kids' play area. The amenities were clean and modern. While we were there, there was a minor maintenance issue with the women's bathroom door. It was fixed within minutes of reporting it. ||Communication with the park was also amazing. We were given all the relevant information well in advance, and were kept informed of any issues around the park. Staff were kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. ||If there was the option to give more than a 5 star rating, I absolutely would. Can't wait to come back again.

We enjoyed this park because it was a quiet, peaceful & relaxed environment. We had powered slab caravan site just standard sizes. Slab & grass sites available. Very clean amenities, plenty of laundry facilities, great camp kitchen. Short walk onto beach. Would have stayed longer but our site was booked. Highly recommend.

after traveling all day we found this site.
called and booked everything was amazing
set up the caravan , got our 2 furbabies sorted and just sat down to relax when the park asks us to move our van to the next one over because someone has called and booked for 4 nights and we are only staying for 1 , makes no sense at all you gave us a number site and we set up there it is not my problem you would like to give that to someone staying longer. (its just a powered van site) so we had to up everything also broke multiple things in our van packing up in a rush (as he said if you have a problem come get s refund and leave. disgusting hospitality and service .

Very nice and well-kept complex. Excellent amenities, great pool, beautiful mini golf course and right on the beach. What more could you want? We had a great short stay at this campground. The only criticism is that you have to pay extra for everything. We can understand mini golf. But for table tennis, basketball, etc. you have to pay extra. Money. We have never experienced this before on our 2-month trip.

Apart from that, we can more than recommend the camp.
