Great location for flights in and out of Perth airport, especially if you have a late arrival and/or early departure. ||||The free 24 hour shuttle is well run and generally quite fast.||||The staff are all friendly and helpful. I got a snack at the restaurant that was a very generous serving. Free snacks provided in the room were great and having a microwave in the room was handy. ||||I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation near the Perth airport.

Thought this place might be convenient and it absolutely was! The shuttle added sooooo much value. I had a late flight in and an early one out and it wasn’t even the slightest hassle for them (10pm in, 6am out). The room was huge, clean, comfortable and came with complimentary gifts! Genuinely will stay again when I layover in Perth. Perfect for layovers. 10/10. One point- Trip.com didn’t pass on the airport shuttle details to me so I needed to ring. Had them a couple mins later. Not the fault of the hotel.

Excellent service from all. Used their airport transfer which arrived quickly and very friendly, informative driver. Reception was efficient and offered us an upgrade! Wonderful big comfy bed, large room and coffee/tea/wine complimentary. Yes, room was a bit dated but it was clean and perfect for what we needed. No complaint at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly shuttle bus driver and reception staff services. Comfortable beds. Clean. Complimentary wine and chips are a nice touch. Finding ones room number a bit confusing at night time. It's a basic hotel room with good functioning facilities. Obviously, an airport hotel there's plane noise and roller suitcases on gravel pathways 24/7. Overall satisfied. Better value when travelling with 1+ as the airport pods expensive, cold and not as comfortable.

Hotel provides free airport shuttle both ways, even way past midnight. Shuttle van arrived within 10 minutes after calling the hotel from the airport. All the staff we encountered were friendly.||We booked 2 rooms and they took the initiative to put us in connecting rooms, which we appreciate.||Hotel feels like an old apartment building that was converted into a motel, but appears relatively well-maintained. Our rooms were clean and have the basic amenities (bath towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, etc).||If using the free public phone at the airport to call for the shuttle, make sure to dial a zero first (08-9277-7777).||We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here because it’s very convenient for early flights. Hotel provided free shuttle to airport.
I was very impressed with food at hotel’s restaurant, its was one of the best roast meals I had for a while.
Rooms in hotel are big and clean.

I chose Sanno Marracoonda because it was close to the airport and affordable, which suited my brief overnight stay. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired.||||I checked in at 2:15pm, although check-in was listed as 2pm, and my room still wasn’t ready. I overheard the receptionist, I believe his name was Ty, mention a room closer to reception, but I was given a much larger room that wasn’t necessary for one person and was located at the far end of the complex.||||The room (Room 36) looked nothing like the photos. It was old, tired and quite run-down. The entry and bathroom had tiled flooring, which became extremely slippery after walking in from the rain or taking a shower. That was definitely a safety concern. The toilet space was very narrow. If you’re a larger person, it would be almost impossible to comfortably close the door while using it.||||Lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. There was only one ceiling light, which automatically triggered the fan. Because the light was behind you when facing the mirror, applying makeup was not practical. Without any windows, the entire room felt dark and gloomy.||||Many rooms, including mine, were very close to Tonkin Highway, making traffic noise from cars, trucks and emergency vehicles extremely loud inside. Even with the TV on, it was hard to block out the sound. This made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s rest.||||Navigating the complex with luggage was another challenge. There was no continuous concrete pathway, just uneven square pavers surrounded by dirt and loose gravel. At 4:30am, in the pouring rain, dragging a heavy suitcase and carry-on across that surface was an absolute nightmare.||||The on-site restaurant is convenient, but I’d suggest sticking to very simple dishes. I ordered a beef wok meal for $30, which was disappointingly tough and difficult to eat. It also came with sections of corn on the cob, which were awkward to handle, especially when covered in sauce.||||The proximity to the airport is the main positive. However, the overall condition of the room, poor lighting, accessibility issues, excessive noise and subpar meal left me feeling quite let down.

Great room, clean, big, quiet and bonus free airport shuttle which was easy and an amazing bonus, another unexpected bonus was a free bottle of wine, nibbles and water. Will not hesitate to defrocked here again. Price was amazing with the added bonuses
