I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was. We booked it for 8 days and had a great stay. Lots of great cafes within walking distance. The only criticism we had was the shower was super short for my 6’4” husband. He’s used to it, but he had to crouch.

Also the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t very hot, but the kitchen tap was scalding. Again, not a terrible thing, just small things.

The staff and tenants there are so so lovely. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend this place more highly. The onsite managers are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was spotless and really well appointed. Two bathrooms, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Full sized kitchen and fridge. Large quality smart TV. Fantastic location and view of the river from the balcony. Being on the first floor hindered the slight ocean view. Heated pool and lockup under cover garage icing on the cake. Extremely reasonable rates for all the above.

My kids and I stayed her recently for the weekend!! Sandy is absolutely amazing and moved my booking as my littlest had pneumonia and wasn't able to stay when I had first booked. The rooms are phenomenal and the kitchens have everything your kitchen at home would have. The beds are ridiculously comfortable and the units are the cleanest I've stayed in. The staff are amazing and very welcoming!! Thank you Sandy for a wonderful experience and my kids were so unbelievably happy!! You are literally right across from the beach and it's only a 15 minute walk into bulcock street. Will definitely be staying again next year for our annual holiday!!

If you are staying in Caloundra with family or friends I highly recommend staying at the Sandy Shores Luxury Holiday accommodation. The location was fantastic and directly across the road from the beach. This beach is perfect for younger children as it's calm and great for paddle boarding, etc. The accommodation had everything we needed, full kitchen (including utensils, pots, pans, etc), dining area, living room, plenty of space for my family and I. The rooms were a great size and beds were super comfortable. I was impressed with how clean the apartment was - 10/10. There's a great pool which includes a spa section (with jets) and private car space. The staff were incredibly friendly and check in + check out was very smooth and easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here for 4 nights in February. This is a real gem. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the ocean. So clean and so spacious with all the amenities included. A nice walk into town which we enjoyed every day. Our host Judy was so pleasant to deal with. This accommodation was so good you didn't want to leave it. Secure Car park included.

We had an amazing weekend at Sandy Shores Golden Beach. |The complex has a lovely swimming pool and barbeque area and secure parking.|The apartments are in a great location, so close to the beach, foreshore and a short stroll to shops and restaurants. We loved the apartment. It exceeded our expectations and we honestly did not want to leave. The apartment is spacious, with everything you need. Lovely modern decor and so clean! The bed was really comfortable and a nice quiet spot so we slept really well. There are two lovely balconies to sit and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and the best part was the private rooftop which was brilliant for both the sunrise and sunset. We highly recommend this apartment with its incredible views and facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Sandy Shores Caloundra, it was very well equipped with all you would need to relax and have a great break away. The unit was well maintained, all the facilities were excellent. Good wi-fi with a connected smart television.
We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully maintained units in a great position. Wonderful onsite manager who was so very helpful and called us to say we could come early as the unit was empty the night before. Never had that happen anywhere else. The only issue we had was the unit wasn't as soundproof as i would like . and we could hear the ones above us so had difficulty getting to sleep. When we go back i would definitely get a unit on the top floor. Apart from that i couldn't recommend highly enough.
