The Sands Yamba is in such a great location, quiet but also very easy to access all the beautiful beaches and wonderful activities in Yamba. It is a one minute walk across the road to beautiful Pippi Beach. The resort facilities were terrific. We spent every afternoon in the pool and spa. Every apartment is different. Our apartment was beautifully decorated. It was equipped with everything that you could possibly want, just like being at home. The only negatives were that there was no air conditioning in the master bedroom and only sheer curtains on the windows. This made sleeping comfortably a little tricky. We would definitely stay at The Sands Yamba again but would choose a different apartment.

The Sands Resort is a great resort to stay as close to beaches and town. The apartment we stayed in was well furnished and very clean with a lovely balcony looking over Pipi Beach. Pool and BBQ area available in the resort were lovely and underground secure parking on site

The resorts 2 pools were great, the design of the main pool meant that it was slightly warmed by the sun and spa
Having a game of tennis was added entertainment
We did expect to have a better beach view, could only slightly see the beach when standing on edge of balcony
There are no lifts and a few stairs to carry luggage up from garage

For us, this place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet apartment. We were blessed with glorious autumn weather to explore and appreciate Yamba; retreating back to a hot spa and comfy bed, |We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Renee, great room choice!

We had a lovely stay at The Sands Resort in Yamba. I was travelling with my elderly parents and teenage son. The Sands staff were very hospitable and helpful ensuring we had an accessible apartment on the ground floor. ||The apartment we stayed in (Apartment 13) was very clean and neat with a great view of Pipi Beach, however, the furniture and ensuite bathroom are quite dated, i.e., the lounges and dining table were not very comfortable to sit at.||There is air conditioning in the lounge and dining area but only fans in the bedrooms, it would be great to have air conditioning in the bedrooms as well for that added comfort.||I loved holidaying in Yamba after not visiting for a very long time and would stay at The Sands again but would be looking to book a more modern apartment for our stay.

This is an excellent resort in Yamba NSW. The apartment we had was fantastic, the views were exceptional, and the resort staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This is the only place we'll stay from now on in this area. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a family stay. Great location, 1 mins from the beach.We stayed in an ocean view apartment which saw the sunrise every day. Pool was perfect for the kids and big enough even though it was the school holidays.100% recommend.Also Yamba was perfect. Amazing beaches. Will definitely go back.

Got upgraded to a third floor ocean view apartment. Sighted whales and dolphins every day during our stay.
Comfortable and spacious. Close to Yamba shops and restaurants.
