We had an amazing two-night stay at Sanctum Boutique Accommodation, thanks to a voucher from Happy Larry. Bec, the manager, was so accommodating, guiding us smoothly through everything via email. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully tucked away in the city. Can’t wait to come back!

Bec has done an amazing job with the accommodation. The accommodation exceeded our expectations with all you need for a very comfortable stay. 3 large bedrooms and main with large ensuite that included an attic window bathtub, large shower, toilet and vanity. All soap, body wash, towels, etc included. A central toilet and a bathroom with shower and vanity downstairs. Well equipped kitchen with all appliances, and staples in pantry. Comfy lounge with plenty of seating. Short walk to supermarket, main CBD shops, Salamanca Market and Harbour. Cafe across the road, and a short walk to the newsagency where you can book to store bags/luggage after check out if you don’t have personal transport to store. Excellent communication from Bec before, during and after our stay always prepared to be contacted if you needed anything further to make your stay more comfy..she has it all covered..Thank you Bec..would definitely stay here again when next in Hobart.

Amazing location, walking distance to everywhere. Clean, efficient apartment. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Slightly cool at night (could be us acclimatizing to the weather). We really appreciate the detailed info book provided. Would 100% recommend.

Great location with a great variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Perfect for friends looking to stay central to the city, but with all the amenities needed to be self-sufficient if needed.
Also the bath is stunning!
