Very nice location, and handy to the beach(s)
Wonderful pool and spa area.
However the apartment we had was dirty and had not been cleaned despite the manager saying it’s done when it’s vacated !!
Also the ensuite shower hose was broken at the
top where one normally hangs the rose on the hook exposing the rubber tube underneath, resulting In not being able to hang it properly when trying to shower and water going everywhere but not where it’s supposed too
Also the inside of the front door frame, from top to bottom is caked in black dirt, likewise the laundry area floor looks like it’s never been touched, as is the front balcony , in short the whole unit needs thorough clean, also the dishwasher handle was missing, making it awkward to try and open the door, ( this was achieved by pulling on the sides !! ) i did mention this to the manager who said he would get it fixed, so far nothing?
The other areas listed above I also mentioned to him, but he seemed disinterested, in that nothing was done to rectify, an otherwise enjoyable holiday

Loved this place from the moment I walked up the path. A peaceful, private, green space to relax. The swimming pool is huge with an easy walk in slope. There is a massive spa jacuzzi too.|Apartment was large with palm trees front and rear.|Noise from passing planes, true, but that is how I got here so can't complain|Beach just across the road and 2 minute walk to the animal sanctuary.|I will definitely return.

Stayed for a week here, and if you know the Gold Coast, you'll know what to expect. The place was older, but serviceable, no major complaints there. I really want to leave a 3.5 star, but that's not an option.

The Good:
*Beds were comfortable.
*Place was big enough.
*Pool and spa were excellent.
*Internet was surprisingly good.
*Furniture was a bit older, but comfortable.
*Everyone we dealt with was very polite and seemed genuinely happy to help.
*Laundry worked well.
*Parking was easy.
*Short walk to the beach.

The mediocre:
*Some better kitchen items would be nice.
*More than one air conditioner in the entire place would be great, one per room would be ideal.
*The place is obviously getting on, but for the money, it's not bad.

The bad:
*The entire place has one air conditioner near the front door. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a fan, and the other fans, on full speed, I think do about 30 rotations per minute, absolutely no air flow. See the attached video. The first night it was 35+ degrees outside and hotter in the bedrooms, I had to sleep on the couch in the living room because that's the only place we had any air. We had to go to kmart and buy some cheap fans for the rest of our stay.
*Several light bulbs didn't work, and our bedroom ensuite light fixture had to be replaced.

Peaceful, safe, quiet, comfortable living mixed with kind respectful neighbors and guests. A sanctuary within itself. John the manager is an asset to the property, helpful and only a text away if needed. Being on the outskirts of Currumbin Animal Sanctuary, beautiful birds and birdsong were always close by.

Nice place lovely pool area, great for the grandkids|unfortunately the unit we had had not been cleaned for months, and appliances broken, and looking at other reviews it seems to be a reoccurring theme throughout the resort apartments, |when this was mentioned to the manager, it was just a shrug of the shouters , and no action!|I suggest that when booking make sure that the appartments are cleaned before unpacking |K Smith

I recently worked as a housekeeper for Jon and Leah, and I had a wonderful experience. They were both so kind and welcoming throughout my time there. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the entire property was very well-maintained. Jon and Leah clearly take great pride in ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a lovely, well-cared for place to stay. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a great experience for guests is evident in every aspect. Thank you Jon and Leah for making my time there so pleasant!

We were extremely happy with our choice of accommodation & will return. The outdoor areas are beautiful & immaculately kept, which encouraged us to eat most of our evening meals outdoors. The very large swimming pool & extremely large spa are set amongst tropical gardens that are simply amazing. In my opinion, this resort represents excellent value for money.
Check-in was a breeze. We were greeted by a relaxed, friendly, very professional chap who quickly explained a few sensible rules, then handed our keys & a little map of the Resort.
The only disappointment was we could not extend our stay here for another week. With an annual local event coming up, 8-10 km away in Coolangatta, they were fully booked. I can understand why.

Manager is very friendly, he gave me a full onboarding including evacuation instructions, and when i mentioned why i was staying on my own, he also took the time to mark on a map nearby services I may find useful and how to get to where I needed to go each day (hospital).
I was blown away by the size of the apartment, full size kitchen with everything I needed and much much more. It is very clean and very tastefully decorated.
The grounds are lovely, so much greenery.
It is very close to the beach, easy to get to.
Secured underground parking. And no walk- along balcony. You come up from the allocated car park and entry to unit is only through the staircase. Feels secure.
