I returned to stay for my birthday after a wonderful experience in 2019. While the view was amazing and we shared plenty of laughs, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our accommodation. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to the cyclone, and the prices offered to extend our stay were unreasonable. There was no refund for the nights we couldn’t stay, which I found unfair, we should have been compensated for the time we missed. We won’t be back unfortunately.

I had a positive experience overall during my stay there. The resort offered a beautiful setting, as described with the pool and breathtaking ocean views, serene forest surroundings.

The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds, modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony.
Definitely would like to come back again.

Where do I even start... The cleanliness of the room we stayed in was disgusting.
We were told the floors had just been moped - which they hadn't. Our feet & socks went black after walking on the tiles. There was broken glass on the floor, which went into my mum's foot. The hot water was non existent, and just dribbled out of every tap. The kitchen sink tap had a split & sprayed water. We could hear everything in the upstairs bathroom, every time someone flushed or used to sink. There were no lifts, so we had to walk up numerous flights of stairs. The floors definitely haven't been vacuumed. Under the beds haven't been vacuumed either, as there was people's rubbish and so much dust! The washing machine had someone's clothes still in it, and the detergent drawer was filthy. Not to mention the absolute build up of dust layers on everything. Don't know if it was water damage or termites eating the way thru the corner of the wall.
Honestly, the only good thing about this place was the pool & how close it was to the beach.

We stayed for 8 nights in apartment 34, which is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Was perfect as my parents stayed with us upstairs and had their own private area. Whilst my husband and I stayed downstairs with our children.|This property is incredibly beautiful. |The grounds are immaculate and so to are the apartments.|The pool is not large however you don’t need a big pool, as the ocean is a 1|Minute walk away.|There are bbq’s around the pool that are also kept extremely clean… we ended up eating around the pool & bbq most nights.|I found this place more relaxing than others that we have stayed at.. less noisy and pure tranquility.|Thanks to Pete you were a legend! |We shall be back

Grim. My son had a rare get away spoiled here. Avoid if you expect a comfortable and peaceful stay. The drawcard is beach access and private parking. However the property is very tired and run down, the owner has opted for the cheapest rock hard box spring mattresses, and there is a terrible racket from extremely low flying planes directly overhead until late at night, and then starting early in the morning. After one sleepless night my son requested a refund for his remaining nights, which was flatly refused by the owner. So he ended up having to find another property and double pay for a stay. Needless to say it was a nasty experience and I'd caution anyone else thinking about staying.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a sea view on the second level which had a walk in wardrobe and en suite along with a laundry with another shower and a separate toilet with a large well stocked kitchen/dining and lounge for the family to spread out in. |The place has easy underground parking with access up to the rooms. The pool area with BBQs was great and very tidy. The place also has easy and close access to the beach and is well placed for driving to all the attractions the Gold coast has to offer. We were on the second level and at the start we did hear the planes but they aren't consistent and stopped at a good time and we didn't notice them after a couple of days, other than this the place is very quite. We would stay again when coming to the Gold Coast.

Our room had a wonderful view over the ocean. However it was old and needed work. Our dishwasher didn't work, the bed we stayed in had a problem with it's slates which we needed to try and fix. The toilet on the main level is so small you need to manoeuvre in and about to get the door closed. It is worth noting that we were on the top floor and there is no access apart from via the stairwell. The complex is older and I suspect those with mobility issues would find it difficult to navigate. If you don't have much luggage, any mobility issues or mind stairs, you'll be fine. Enjoy.
