Just finished a weekend with my family. The rooms were fantastic and extremely well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and obliging. The children couldn't get enough of the pool. The shade cloth was very welcome. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away at the San Marino by the Sea apartments. So close to the beach, within easy walking distance, the lovely apartment was fabulous, clean, presented well and had everything we desired. Richard was wonderful and explained how to access the car park, lifts and apartments, what shops were nearby and as we suddenly needed our car air con re-gassed when we arrived - gave excellent directions so we could get this sorted immediately. We were able to check in early and were given the option of a late checkout if required. Tip - if you book the apartment with beach views and morning light glare bothers you and you want to sleep late in remember to bring your eye mask as soon as the sun comes up light filters around the verticals in the master bedroom. We are already planning to come back again!

Richard and Leith were fantastic hosts. So helpful. Posted a forgotten item back to us. Early check in and late check out. Great location on the beach. Super clean facilities. Can hear the waves while lying in bed! Recommend the tapas place across the street for food and live music.

The perfect spot for a beach holiday! Located right next to patrolled Marcoola beach (Discovery Beach), San Marino features spacious self-contained apartments with beautiful views (3 bedroom), secure parking, tennis court heated pool and some beach equipment available, all amidst beautiful well-kept grounds. Everything you need is right here.

We booked 3 nights at San Marino in a 3 bedroom apartment. Richard made us feel very welcome and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable, and ensures the facilities are clean and in good condition.

Across the road, you'll find cosy cafes and a handful of eateries to cater for most tastes - the Laughing Lobster Fish and Chip shop and Off Tap Tapas, as well as convenience store, pharmacy, ice cream, fishing...

With a great beach and facilities and everything so close, it's very easy to relax - there's no need to drive anywhere and fight the crowds. Great for families, young and old looking to change gears for a full and relaxing time, soaking in the natural beauty of Marcoola and Mudjimba.

Perfect location for the beach, park, shops & walking the coastline. We all enjoyed the wonderful pool. Clean & well maintained. Unit was well appointed. Loved the whole experience. Friendly staff. Didn't notice any noise from the airport.

We booked at San Marino By The Sea for a three week stay due to my husband having a hip replacement. We had a small hiccup with a fall and surgery was postponed for a month. Richard was so helpful in rescheduling our stay, nothing was a problem, which really took some of the stress away. Our room was lovely and clean and very homely. Being from the country it was so lovely to have a room so close to the beach.
A quiet area however everything you need is not to far away.

Wonderful family holiday!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Marino - Apt 20.
With picturesque water views, waking up to an incredible sunrise each morning and stunning sunset views of an evening.
Location was perfect as we didn't have a car, however had everything we needed at our doorstep; Patrolled beach, Cafes, Pub and Bus stop with a direct route to Noosa.
The apartment was very clean and had all the comforts needed for our young family. Incredibly kind and helpful managers at reception.

Awesome room. The manager was a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Made our stay an enjoyable one. Would stay again. Location was perfect for our golf trip. Beds were nice and comfortable, nearly as good as home. Easy access to cafe and bar across the road.
