The food is nice, but the drinks are very mediocre and never the right temperature. Over the years the service here has consistently been very bad. I am not one to really complain about customer service since I'm not looking to be waited on hand and foot, but the staff will often times not even acknowledge you here even if you go up to the counter to order. Many times have our orders been forgotten, and their QR code menu never sends your order through...

The Chermside store is a disgrace. Around 7.30/8pm on late night shopping Thursday is the prime time for people wanting dessert or a hot chocolate after dinner. The store is chronically understaffed and thus a total mess. I count a dozen dirty tables with dirty dishes. The fake leather sofas have all ripped and are broken. The online QR code ordering system has been turned off but you wouldn’t know this until you’re all the way through to the payment page and it then fails and tells you the store closed the QR code system and you’re being asked to line up in the queue. The queue is all the way from the counter to the door. The guy at the register rolls his eyes at every customer who joins the queue seemingly because he wants to close up but the store is still open for another hour and a half. Our drinks and food order arrives in take-away containers at our table because they have no staff able to do the dishes or clean the tables. The management of this franchise should really visit this joke of a store and sort out this mess. It’s an embarrassment. Westfield tenancy management has been notified.

Churros were great. Iced coffee good, Spanish latte pretty ordinary. The sofas look gross and need replacing. Service also pretty ordinary, plates were almost thrown on the table.

Whenever I go into Chermside Shopping centre at stop for cake and coffee is a must.
Head up escalators to the cinemas and look right there they are.
You can either order from the table via QR or up at the counter.
The booth seats are pretty worn and tattered, not very hygienic.
They have great service and young friendly staff.
Fast with orders with no issues.
All takeaway available as well and gift options too.

A place full of disappointments.... it wasn't even busy around 4p.m on Thursday today, only 3-4 tables were reserved with people. I order through QR code.
Took them 10 minutes to make my coffee (WRONG SIZE) I ordered a Small and they brough athe LARGE MUG. The girl knew she made it wrong when I mentioned that I ordered small size.she said she knows but ahe did by mistake and asked me you don't mind Do You ? Seriously ?

Then took another 10 minutes to make the Croffle but still didn't bring to table, this time the guy came and asked that oh the Icecream you order with croffle (paid extra $4) for that, that flavour is not available... can we give you another flavour? I was disappointed but then said okay, i will take Cookies n cream.
Then he brough me my dessert.... never see someone throwing thick chocolate all over the croffle like this at ANY SAN CHURROS....

LOOK AT THE PICTURE ATTACHED OF MENU AND WHAT WE GOT IN REAL.....can't believe it.
Couches are all torn and ripped, Disgraceful. Wasted my money and Time.
