Nice clean tidy friendly staff food was great! Loved our burgers especially the potato scollops. My bacon egg roll was so good with runny egg as asked.

Been supporting Sam's for years. Awesome

Never had a single issue. Not once.

New ownership now, first time trying it, we had 3+ issues and the other lady did as well. The little boy is terrible at his job and management let him be this bad.

He 1. Forgot our popcorn chicken MEAL, 2. Forgot to include the piece of FISH in the FISH AND CHIPS box, and 3. Forgot to include chips in number one, the MEAL.

The other lady asked numerous times for no chicken salt, what does the kid do? He puts chicken salt on it.

So bad. New ownership has ruined Sam's Takeaway.

We hadn't been here for quite a few years and always remember it being ok. I called up and placed a phone order, a hamburger with the lot, a plain hamburger and a large chips. They said 5-10 minutes, so good wait time. I went in to pick up and was going to get a drink but put it back after finding out the price. They charged me $35 for my order! I thought I mis-heard the girl but looked on the register and sure enough, that's what they were actually charging. I was in shock. I took the food back to the family thinking that this must be restaurant quality food at this price, and as suspected, it's just another business jabbing customers and blaming it on rising cost of living. The burger with the lot did not even have pineapple and both burgers had no beetroot. Lettuce, 2x very thin slices of the smallest tomato on the shelf, meat which was predominantly sausage mince with onion and sauce. For the price of 1 burger, I could've bought an entire meal at KFC, and it would've been nicer. Very disappointed and will never be returning.

My grilled fish was not fresh and tasted funny. No chicken salt on my chips and my potatoe scolaps had pools of oil everytime I bite into it.

Fast tasty takeaway. Your local chips n burger joint. Can't rate atmosphere it's takeaway but always consistant burgers.your usual chippy shop goodies available. Give me this takeaway over maccas or that manky chicken .new ownership it's gone down hill big time

On a normal weeknight at about 6pm I was the 3rd customer waiting to order. After 12mins I left. These 12mins gave me a chance to review the menu and the exorbitant prices.
The lady had one burger and something in the fryer. Obviously too much to handle to take orders while cooking.
First and last time I vist.

Visited over the weekend to get lunch for my family we loved the food chips nice and crispy, I had bacon egg roll hubby had a hamburger and the kids fish and scollops all perfectly cooked. Th gentleman who served us and the lady were both polite and friendly even though they were rushed off their feet. Definitely will be back
