Today I experienced the most incredible Remedial Massage by Karina. I’ve recently had other massages elsewhere, but let me tell you this was nothing short of amazing. Nothing else compares. The welcome, the presentation, and the whole experience was awesome. I am so impressed I have already booked my next one… but definitely for longer next time!!

I go to Pilates at Salud every Thursday, it’s such a beautiful positive calming space. Beth is a lovely instructor and super welcoming and helpful! I recently won a free manicure and I have never had such an amazing experience like this before! The attention to detail and not hurting your hands or rushing you out like your a number like the other typical nail spas at shopping centres.. Again this space is so gorgeous! The staff are all super friendly. Nothing but positives to say about Salud!!!

Absolutely love Salud! Yin Yoga is so calming and a great reset for my mind and body. I recently got a massage there as well, I left feel so calm and relaxed such a great service!

I had a 60 minute remedial massage today with Karina. Firstly, the atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable. Beautiful, relaxing massage room. One of the best best massages I've had, thoroughly enjoyed it. Karina was just lovely and professional. Can't wait to try the other services on offer.

Today I had the best Swedish/relaxation massage first time visit to Salud house. It was a beautiful relaxing 60mins that I have had in a long time. Definitely will be going back for another one it was amazing and the oils are divine ✨️

I recently visited Newcastle for my son's work experience at RAAF and stumbled upon Salud, conveniently located near Fern Bay Motel. I treated myself to a rejuvenating 1-hour remedial massage, and it was absolute bliss!
The skilled therapist expertly identified my tension areas without me needing to say much, working out all the kinks and leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed.
Highly recommend Salud for their professional service and exceptional massage therapy. A hidden gem in Newcastle!"

I go to Reformer Pilates 3 day's per week and it is amazing...would never miss a class. Instructors and all staff there are beautiful. Had a relaxation massage today and it was by far the best massage I have ever had (& I have had heaps). Would highly recommend ?
