I simply adored it from beginning to end. There's a real connection and coherence between the dishes, but also with the cocktails. The place is beautiful and soothing, and the staff are welcoming and professional. The menu has been created with intelligence and finesse. The dishes are tasty, hearty and full of flavor. We enjoyed the osso bucco and the agnolotti, as well as the carpaccio and the delicious focaccia. You can tell that the products are of the highest quality, and that they are prepared in such a way as to bring out the best in them without distorting them. For a meal like this, the prices are quite reasonable, if not inexpensive. You won't leave Salt disappointed. We had a wonderful time that we won't forget.

We came here based on the reviews and were not disappointed. Busy restaurant, food was delicious, good selection of beverages. Each serving was well prepared and great flavours. Staff could have been less abrupt, but they were run off their feet. Will be back.

I enjoy the meals here...Gary is a good chef. I had the "Salt's signature stuffed Chicken breast" the only downside was the potato gratin was a bit oily...

The atmosphere is nice. I think one if the wait staff was having her first day so a lot of empty glasses were not picked up and the plates were not cleared, but she was really nice.

Still a lovely night, the food was good and it is a great place to go for a decent meal in Emerald (that is not a pub)
