Such a relaxing experience. I was gifted an hour massage in the salt caves and it didn't disappoint. I have some respiratory issues, and this was a godsend. Walked out relaxed and with a clear head. They also sell salt lamps at reasonable prices. Friendly service. Highly recommend.

Had a massage here today along side my friend & unfortunately it wasn't a comfortable experience. The salt cave environment is beautiful & calming & I think the sit in a chair & relax would be the nicer way to experience it. Please know there is no toilet in the building, but there is one in the shopping complex. Consultation before the massage was brief but still nice they asked us about our ailments prior to massage. The massage beds arnt very comfortable, they do provide nice big towels which was great. It was difficult to be comfortable as the massage progressed so it wasn't as enjoyable as we hoped. The staff are very nice though & thoughtful in their approach as the massages progressed. Still, it was a nice experience just not what we had envisaged.

I booked a massage a few days ago and I am so glad I did. Sue discussed (and listened to) what issues I was having (neck, back and hip pain) and she made sure she warmed my muscles up first before applying the pressure required to loosen them up. Very relaxing and whilst I did feel Sue going harder into certain areas it was not painful and the results were immediately apparent!

My whole experience with the Salt Caves Toowoomba from booking on the phone with Toby to meeting up with Sue discussing my issues and entering the amazing salt room was such an easy, warm experience.
The massage was just so good and I have felt relief in all the areas Sue worked on. There was no pressure for me to re-book but I did and I am really looking forward to my next visit!
I cannot recommend highly enough.

Wow!!! What a little gem to have in toowoomba... Had a couples massage today.. It was so relaxing I accidentally fell asleep haha!! It's unbelievabley soothing and the service was second to none... Great experience and highly recommended!!! Thank you for fitting us in...

Lovely calming and rejuvenating massage. Toby the lovely young man gave me a free massage as part of his training and did not disappoint, not to mention the service and hospitality was up there with the best. The salt caves also have a nice little gift shop/store that you can buy some great items from. 10/10 would visit again.

I had a massage with Toby yesterday and I must say Toby concentrated on working on all of the knots in my shoulders. I had the best night sleep I have had in months. After fracturing my shoulder in November I have been suffering with sore and tight shoulders. This morning I woke up to no pain or tightness. Thank you I will be booking in again soon. The toilets were in the main building and were a bit dirty however that needs to be sorted with the shopping centres cleaners.

We had a couples massage. Sue and Toby were fantastic hosts. They provided us a great relaxing experience. They really have created a salt cave. The soft music, the gentle lighting and all that salt all add up to the give a more relaxing and soothing effect.
