I stayed there over the weekend for my honey moon, also came back for a weekend with friends. Absolutely divine staff, astonishing food, great valued room. There was this one staff member, one of the times I was there. Lovely blonde hair, smile stretching ear to ear. Now, I won’t name names but her name rhymes with Bolivia. Super friendly and kind, always willing to lend a helping hand. She delivered our food in top tier condition, not a bite mark or scratch on the plate in sight. Everything aside, great place

Rooms were extremely comfortable and very clean. Close to restaurants good location, easy to drive into the city. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane.

We had a dinner here. Everything was top notch. The food was delicious, so much so that we ordered dessert. Service was excellent and the prices were pretty reasonable too!

Very nice food. Xmas lunch was great. Meat cuts were delicious, prawns were huge and the pavlova was very good. Thank you for a nice setting and good ambience.

We arrived late, just before the kitchen was about to close, but the staff at the Salisbury Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We ordered two steaks, and they came out cooked to perfection—exactly how we like them. Despite the late hour, the service was top-notch, and the team made us feel very welcome. It’s not often you get such great food and service that late in the evening. Highly recommend!

Had a great 3 night stay recently at The Salisbury. Our room was spotless on arrival and was house kept daily. Appreciated the complimentary cookies, chocolate, water bottles and breakfast cereals. Beds were relatively comfy and we had Netflix in our room. Would 100% stay again when visiting Brisbane.
