Absolutely recommend staying here. The unit was lovely, 2 bedroom, ensuite, fantastic views. Management were amazing. Lift and trolley available no need to carry heavy luggage. We will be back. Loved it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We stayed a week in the Kabi Unit in May . Its very spacious and light and with plenty of room for 3 adults. It was very clean overall and the beds comfortable . The view from the lounge and balcony is wonderful. It was great watching the cruise and container ships pass by. The sun catches the balcony in the early morning so lovely to sit out there.
The kitchen is very functional has everything you need.
It's only a short walk out the back of the unit to the water front which was fun to fish from.
The only thing that may be a challenge is the 48 steps up to the unit. Luggage carrying was the hardest, otherwise a good workout.
Happy to recommend the unit and hope to return. We were kindly able to have a late checkout, out of season.
Traffic noise out the back on the bedroom side morning and evening due to a busy road.

Paul the property manager was wonderful to deal with - we had to unexpectedly reduce our stay and he couldn't have been more supportive. The 3 bed apartment we were in had amazing views and access to the rooftop - central to everything.

We stayed in unit 10, 13 landsborough pde. Which is in the "kabi" block of units just next to sails resort (but owned by them). Although the outside of the building is a little ominous as you drive up to it, being quite old and bland, the interior of the unit is lovely. Bright, fresh and spacious. Decent cooking utensils and pots supplied too. The view over the water is great and the balcony gets just the right amount of sunshine and shade. There are six small flights of stairs to the unit so get used to walking up and down a lot. But we would definitely stay here again. Also some decent fishing spots right below the unit (caught a good sized flathead the very first day)

Great location. Apartment 19 is large with 3 bedrooms, great kitchen and lounge/dining areas with huge balcony overlooking Pumicestone Passage out to Bulcock Beach and Caloundra bar. 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as lounge/dining area but disappointed beautiful main bedroom and ensuite is not and way too hot to sleep in even with leaving balcony doors open. Grounds and pool area are lovely and well maintained. Managers are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it. Paul and Mary anne were so welcoming and friendly and nothing was a hassle. The location, the views, close to the beach and had everything nearby especially pizza capers, Woolworths, and it was just a wonderful stay.The unit and grounds were so clean and we spent nearly every day in the pool. Thankyou Sails Resort we would give this place a big tick and recommend it to all to come here for there next stay * 😊
