Rhys and Leanne our hosts go above and beyond. Our stay was amazing, our apartment was so well equipped, you don't need to bring anything, it was immaculate and spacious, and had been recently updated, we couldn't fault it. The pool is heated which kept the grandchildren entertained and its not far from shops and beach, which is a easy walk too. My grandchildren have asked to go again.

Probably more accurately described as comfortable family accommodation than luxury.
Rooms are spacious and adequately comfortable, except for the ensuite in a 2 bedroom apartment - it's quite small, basic, a bit cramped and unattractive.
Good kitchen but no pantry so a family might struggle for places to store food.

My 5th stay at Sails and each time it gets better and better. Rhys and Leanne are fantastic and I always feel treated like family when I arrive.

Rooms are excellent and welcoming with everything you need for a your stay. Clean and practical. Then there’s the view.. stunning. A large north facing balcony (or patio) which is perfect for watching the day go by. I love the upper floor so I can be drenched in sun, while having a beer and look out to the water, I also love watching the cars going by!

Pool is always clean and inviting and the grounds of the apartment are lovely.

Great location and a quick stroll into town. It’s an even quicker walk to the beautiful beach down the street.

I’m not sure why I haven’t reviewed this place sooner but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting.

We had a beautiful balcony view of the lake. The apartment was clean and functional with all amenities; spa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable beds, easy walk to the town, as well as an easy walk to the beach. We had a lovely time here. Thank you Rhys and Leanne for making us feel welcome. We will be back. We highly recommend this place.

Decided to take a two night break on a road trip from Sydney to Melbourne. We found the Sails Luxury Appartments perfectly located and very clean. The pool and nearby beach was ideal on the warm days. The town centre and local cafes were both in walking distance which was very convenient. Very welcoming and relaxed hosts.

Great location - walk to beach. Do not be put off by proximity to the intersection - it had no impact on any of the apartments. Great orientation for soaking up the sun with pleasant river views. Very relaxing and would definately stay here again.

Quite old building. Was not super clean. The bedroom was freezing cold. We had to purchase a heater for the bedroom during our stay. The only good thing was the view.. Overpriced for the quality.

We absolutely loved staying at this amazing property. Apartment 9 upstairs had spectacular views stretching out in all directions. We had all that we needed to cook meals and the pool was great too.
Rhys was welcoming and accommodating, which further added to the awesome experience.
