Sarah is the perfect yoga teacher - she is so in tune with each individual’s needs in the class and will happily tailor poses and practice to injuries/body shape. Her classes are wonderful!! Her massages are also divine - she has several years of practice & learning and it shows very much during her sessions. Sarah inspired me to travel & maintain yoga practice in my own time. I am always so happy & relaxed after one of her classes! I would thoroughly recommend her studio to anyone 🙂
