very happy with my experience at Safir House. The lymphatic massage was really impressive. I felt immediate results in my sore thighs and the oxygen booster was really stimulating. The infrared saunas are top of the line and the ice baths are extremely clean and don’t overpower with chlorine smell. Overall a very positive experience and one I’d recommend 🙂

My husband and I loved our contrast therapy. The rooms were clean and beautifully presented. Instructions were easy to follow. The guided meditation for the ice bath was very appreciated!
We took our own towels and recommend you do the same as it does cost to hire them on site.
The hot/cold had us walking out feeling brand new. Highly recommend as an experience!

Unfortunately my appointment had to be rescheduled due to a booking issue. That being said they were super accommodating and I had a lovely experience. Will definitely be booking again ?

AMAZING!! Every detail, the people, the feel before and after. I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher for all three services and it was such an incredible experience. I wasn't sure if I would enjoy the contrast therapy treatment but I think it's something everyone should do (on a regular basis). Cannot wait to be back! x

The most incredible sauna experience. Sophisticated and polished, Safir House will impress. Attention to detail, inclusive of lavender ice blocks in the sauna and complimentary face towels. An experience not to be missed if you are in Merimbula.
