Part 1
I just had the worst massage here. I won't mention the masseuse's name, but it was apparent she was having a bad day or didn't know what she was doing. She used elbows for the entire session, lingered too long in one spot before moving to another, and in/out the room(not for towel) without any explanation. Everything was in slow motion, and half session passed without it feeling like a real massage. I had to call a stop during the session and spoke to the boss.

Part 2
I spoke with the reception/boss lady about the bad experience and mentioned I was willing to pay for another short session because I didn't feel like I had a massage at all. The boss arranged for another masseuse named Patty, who did a top-notch job, far better than the first one. The boss waived the fee for this short session. Great customer service!

A relaxing place with lovely ambience similar to having an outdoor private massage at a Fiji resort. The place is bright, airy and peaceful which is different to other massage places. The staff are friendly and attentive. They checked before, during and after how the massage experience was going. I went on a weekday which was probably why it was extra quiet but I thoroughly enjoyed my massage experience.

Nikki is so good. Towels are super soft and the decor is beautiful. Effort does not go h noticed here. I’ve been to some massage places were their towels smell gross. This place is clean and the standard is high.
