The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were great for relaxation. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. Definitely a fantastic experience, and I’ll be coming back next time I’m in town!

Stayed here a few times and used for a few clients. They also recently got us out of a spot of bother on a Wednesday at 1am when another hotel badly messed up a booking. Staff on reception was clear and helpful and helped us out when we were in real need. Can't recommend highly enough.

It’s an average hotel with swimming pool, rooms are clean and spacious and my bed was pretty comfy. The highlight for me was the staff, really helpful with many things starting from refilling our water bottles, to reheating our food and getting our Amazon parcels in. However in 2024 it is totally unacceptable to have a WiFi connection as bad as this one. Not only the speed is shamefully slow but the connection keeps cutting off, making it impossible to even check emails and download attachments. I will have to urge anyone who needs a WiFi connection when travelling to stay away from here.

I cannot fault Rydges Camperdown. We were staying there under extremely trying circumstances, with a family member in RPA hospital, who was extremely ill. The staff made us feel so cared for, comforted & couldn't do enough to make our stay as stress free as possible under the circumstances. Would definitely recommend staying here. Especially if you have someone staying in RPA & you need somewhere close by.

So the room was big, clean and the bed comfy. Location is good with buses nearby goung to the city. Within the first hour of check-in though, and whilst was in my room, on the toilet I might add, I had another guest enter my room and needless to say, we both got a shock. Super embarassing. Turns out reception had cut a key for the same room number I was already in. The receptionist came up to the room and was very apologetic. The day after check-out however, I called the hotel to say I had left something of rather importance in my room, to which they told me nothing had been handed into lost property. I followed up with two subsequent emails asking if they could please just check with the actual room attendant who cleaned my room. Anyway, it's been two days since and I have had zero reply. Can't say I'd stay here again.

Was pleasantly surprised by the lovely big room I got. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Staff were friendly. Parking was very reasonably priced although the basement parking is a bit tricky to navigate with many support poles. Very reasonably priced for a Saturday night and in a great spot.

I was staying at the hotel for about 5 weeks and can honestly say that it was like a home from home. The food was beautiful and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The best part of all was the care and help i received from the manager his name is Sagar and went out of his way to help me. Thank you Sagar and Staff I will definitely highly recommend you to my friends. Regards to all your new friend Malcolm.

I stayed here with my mother over the past weekend. After checking out I realised I had left personal belongings in the room and recall exactly where I left them. I called many times over 3 days to organise to have them posted to me and I couldn’t get an answer from them as to if they were going to help me or what was going on.
Today I called and was told “no you didn’t leave anything in the room, nothing we can do”.

I know the items were left there and I’m disgusted they haven't enquired with the employee who cleaned the room after we checked out. I know for sure my items had accidentally been left behind. I suggest if you stay here, make sure you quadruple check your room because they allow their staff to keep their customers belongings.
