My daughter and I stayed in a superior double room for 4 nights. We had travelled for a wedding and the location was handy. Proximity to the Catholic club is a bonus. The free undercover secure parking was appreciated. ||The room was well appointed but considering its marked as a double, it was weird that there was a single chair and a tiny table no bigger than a bedside table. Also unusual to not have bedside tables, there was a single Stool like table between the beds. We made it work with one person using the wide window ledge for their devices. The wardrobes were appreciated but not enough hangers for 2 people. ||The bathroom was well laid out with double sinks (weirdly power points were only at one end). The toilet and shower each had a frosted door enabling some privacy, however no door on the bathroom itself was an issue, a cavity slider would have been appreciated. The foyer to the room has a sensor light which activates even in the middle of the night if going to the bathroom which was disruptive, a night mode would be appreciated. The room had plenty of natural light, but at night the room was not well lit, no overhead light, just reading lamps and a strip light behind the bed head, a lamp or dimmable light would have been appreciated especially if having to do any work. ||The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. ||Plenty of power points including the bench above the mini fridge, both sides of the bed and an outlet at floor level. Staff were friendly. ||Room was adequate and appreciated the ability to stream to the tv even if it was glitchy.||We will return in the future for another stay

My friends and I attended one of the Rydges Bottomless Brunch events which was a great day out. We were promptly seated at 11:30am, no earlier and offered a mimosa straight up. The presentation, food and atmosphere was lovely. Would have loved a scone as part of the platter options but there was plenty to share. Staff were attentive and not overbearing. The cocktails were very sweet and unsure of actual alcohol content. There were various other functions happened around the hotel but this did not disrupt the flow of the brunch. Would recommend to others.

All fine. Nothing special. Would stay here again. Clean and functional. The reception area is rather drab, could do with a bit of work to brighten it up a bit. Good position for restaurants and shops. Public transport accessible. Nothing to complain about.

Recently had the pleasure of staying here for a friend's wedding. We also had our reception here at the function space. Maggie was so amazing she constantly checked in and made us feel so welcome. I can't recommend them more highly. All the staff are so wonderful and warm. They helped make our beautiful day that much more special.

Stayed 5 nights. We were upgraded to apartment type room. Only misgiving , AC not working. This was reported to the receptionist who informed there had been some more complaints from other guests. Nothing could be done other than be offered more blankets and a small heater which we knocked back.

Not to bad actually. Bar and dining area was nice. Service a little show. Only 2 people behind the bar for the entire wedding party, although cocktails were amazing! Rooms were nice and clean. Only thing I would complain about were the pillows. They were rock hard and way to big. Felt like my head was perch up on a mountain while my body was laid flat underneath. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

I have stayed at Rydges Campbelltown regularly while working in the area. The staff are absolutely fantastic, especially Aaliyah & Maddie at reception who are always welcoming, polite and helpful. Great location, with the shopping centre a short walk away. Secure parking is a plus.
The one disappointment being, each time I have ordered room service the food has been cold.

Have stayed here before and it is a simple location close to what we needed to attended. Stayed this Friday 18th and had the worst nights sleep due to the bottom sheet of the bed not being long enough so that it kept creeping up. Spoke to the receptionist in the morning and they arranged for someone to go fix it. Spent the day out and arrived back after 11pm to find the bed made still with too short of a bottom sheet.
Considering the cost of the rooms I believe it is reasonable to think the bedding should fit. Will look for an alternative location in next time in Sydney.
