Just had my hair done by Chelsie at Runway Tamworth, and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. Her attention to detail and skills are unmatched. I left feeling refreshed and absolutely in love with my fresh hair! Highly recommend Tee and Maddie!
Tee worked with me to work out exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy and comfortable the whole time, my hair feels amazing and I feel human again!

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Asked for a shag haircut got one short 4 inches layer on the crown in my hair and then 10 inches of just regular haircut which looks ridiculous. They blowdried cut and styled one side of my hair while the other side was still wet and the person who served me didn’t show me the back of my hair so I didn’t know how cooked I looked. I ended up leaving with frizzy barely styled hair that several weeks later I can’t even manage to put into an even pony tail. Also spent 100 dollars on it so I payed a lot of money to look this stupid.

I have been going to Elise from runway now for 1 1/2 years and have never been disappointed! From lovely chats, great head massages to incredible results everytime! Only can recommend as everyone here is an absolute gem! Plus the cocktail bar is a massive bonus too!

Elise and the girls at runway are amazing. They are always so welcoming and accomodating with whatever hair needs I have whether it’s just a quick treatment or a dramatic hair change. I would highly recommend the team !!

I recently visited Runway Tamworth for a hair and makeup appointment, and I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. To begin with, the hair service with Chantel was completely unpolished. Throughout the process, I was never asked if I was happy with how things were progressing. When I attempted to express my concerns, I was brushed off and made to feel uncomfortable. At one point, I explained that my hair wasn’t parting in its usual place, only to be told that my natural part was “weird.” This response was not only dismissive but also quite unprofessional.

The entire service felt rushed. I was never even shown the back of my hair until I requested to before leaving. The one redeeming aspect of the experience was my makeup by Chelsie, which was done professionally and met my expectations. However, given the lackluster and rushed hair service, I left feeling extremely disappointed.

do not go to maddie i booked a brow lami and air brush for $110 dollars witch is a joke !!! anyways i left with the worst eyebrows never heres a picture as well as she randomly books me in again i will not be going back and can not cancel my appointment
