I have stayed here several times. Pictures attached. Front desk service very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy, spa in bathroom. Yes the bathroom is a bit dated but was clean and spacious. Great location. In my opinion, it's more like a house than a motel and I like it. Good value for location, secure. Two car spaces, sealed gated living. Two pools, indoor heated. Had a great stay.

Look, it’s more like a motel than a hotel.

The actual location is central, but the front gate was broken so entry was via the side gate which is very dangerous and hard to navigate in and out of.
The room was very dated, and the bed was like sleeping on a brick. The villa was falling apart. So run down and not unkept. A real shame considering the cost and where we could have stayed for the same price!
We ended up going home 2 days early as we just couldn’t stand how uncomfortable the bed was and how run down everything was, if someone went to the toilet the toilet would wake up the villa it was so old!!!

Clean, quiet, comfortable unit. Helpful staff - strictly only available during business hours 9-4. Secure garage & location.

Our 1 bedroom unit was at the front of a larger section with 2 bedrooms, which was fine. However it was separated by a locked door on a tiled surface, so some noise from next door can be heard. Lucky that nobody stayed there on the days that we were staying.

Excellent resort complex, Units are extra large with all the facilities you need, Easy walk to a major shopping centre if you choose to cook for yourself, Cafe's and restaurants at Benowa Shopping centre. Reception staff very helpful. Lovely subtropical gardens and well maintained swimming pools, spa;s and bbq facilities. If you are into golf Royal Pines Golf Course is across the main road. 15 minute drive to Surfers Paradise.

2 nights stay during shool holiday.

Room-The room felt damp, and it was apparent that it had not been used for a long time. The milk in the fridge had long since expired, and the blanket was smelly.

Service- They claimed $200 deposit for their pre-existing stain on the carpet. When I checked my credit card bank statements, I found the $200 deposit hasn't been refund after 2 weeks. I called the hotel and was told they claimed it for the stain, however I didn't receive any email or call for that matter after we checked out. It was present before we checked in.The room had clearly not been properly maintained, and this pre-existing stain should not have been attributed to us.

Overall, I can only give 1 star due to the service and room.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. did not see any other staff. Villa was very comfortable. Unfortunately we had one that had stairs to gain entry - we noticed some villas did not. Bed was extremely comfy. Generally a bit dated and there appeared to be a lack of maintenance throughout. Best to have a car to better enjoy vacation - which we did. Some local shops but it is a good walk (up and down hill).

Second time staying here and not too bad. Villa we stayed in was alright, with good atmosphere and space. The gardens outside looked great too. Decent facilities, but main outdoor pool was too cold.
The attention to detail (e.g the milk provided with the hamper was 2 months out of date) however needs to be addressed and the entire resort altogether needs a bit of an upgrade to stay fresh. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days. We loved our Villa. It was very spacious and relaxing. It was clean, beds was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and huge. A garage with a washing machine and dryer. It's in a lovely location. We found it very handy and close to the places we drove to. Surfers Paradise wasn't far from us. A nice place to stay if you have a Family. We will definitely take our kids the next time we go for a holiday to Gold Coast.
