Went into this place to blow of some steam in the pokies room...The girls behide the bar are quick to judge! Nor do they like doing their job!! Plus machines don't accept 20 dollar notes? GO SOME WHERE ELSE PEOPLE save your money and time for a better place

I went in with a friend of mine was verbally abuse by the big body female behind the counter who had an issue with my friend literally grabbed the beer out of my hands after he voiced his complaints about previous service from the same lady she was forceful an aggressive I was unaware there was a problem until the beer was snatched out of my hand I was told to leave with very colourful language an felt my worth wasn't much after this experience........id suggest monitoring her performance moving forward to she how she deals with public relations an weather she is aggressive to others ........ there was two patrons in the pub at the time she removed both because of personal problems

A diamond in the rough, doesn't look like much from the outside but a really great place! Great food, old school pub vibes, no toffee noses! Will be back! Schnitzel was 10/10

Good music.Dunno why people mark this down. Good service, insanely good food, fair priced,good price beer. Rump steak great. Must try the calamari and chips. Can't wait to come back.

First time dropped into the Royal George Hotel for dinner on Saturday night and was not disappointed, as we had heard that they do great meals.||Our party of four ordered the Scotch fillet and Rump steak which where absolutely delicious, very tasty and cooked to order perfectly, out doing a lot of the beach hotels easily. Served with salad and chips very generous and well priced. |Also two ordering the beef salad and the chicken schnitzel both great. |Lovely, friendly service from the staff was the making of a great dinner.|Will be back for sure !

I walked in and was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic patron sitting at the bar, with the old timey one-word salutation "Fa**ot". Nice to get some of that authenticity from the jewel of the sunshine coast.

Five stars for location, that being Namba, which is a lovely place to visit. I particularly recommend the public benches down the low end of town toward where Rafters used to be. Some find folk there, free in spirits, during the work day. Mineral spirits.

We had the rump steak and chicken schnitzel which were both delicious. They both had tasty salad and the most delicious chips. The beer was nice and cold and we didn't wait long for pur meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful in this COVID time.
