The new reception of this place is super unprofessional. We went there on a fairly regular basis, every time we went, i never felt like he has got no clue as whats happening. The recent visits are average to below average experiences. Today for the first time ever , the therapist Amy put on rubber gloves for body oil massage, i have never had such a experience that therapist need gloves for full body massage and she has done the most careless service for the 10 minutes while she was there till i finally request to change another therapist. Still i say good bye to the 2 receptionist after finish the session and they didn’t even respond. I hope the general services could improve.

Booked a pampering date night for hubby and myself. Foot spa was amazing, but unfortunately that's where it stopped. The place was noisy - loud excessive talking from staff, no relaxing peace and quite. Within half an hour kids were in the main area being quite noisy and playing computer games etc. Went to massage rooms, which were pretty nice. But, out the back people live onsite and the noise from the squealing kids just totally ruined the experience. Mentioned to staff on the way out and just was told 'sorry about that'. Would not recommend if you want a relaxing quiet experience. Massages were also not great, not quite sure the staff knew what they were doing or just made it up as they went.

I had an amazing experience at this massage parlor! The ambiance was fantastic, and Jenny was incredibly professional. The massage was so relaxing, and to top it off, they even offered a delicious bowl of Eight Treasures Porridge and a healthy herbal tea at the end. Definitely a five-star experience!

Usually, my go to massage place.

However, recently had a very bad experience with masseuse Ella. Time would usually past so quickly when getting a massage here but this time round I was counting down the minutes.

Tried to express to her that it was extremely uncomfortable, but nothing changed except moving on to a different body part. It was a shoulders, neck and head massage with her and no part of the massage was enjoyable.

I respect each masseuse has their own style, unfortunately I did not enjoy her massage style one bit and the session felt like a complete waste of money.

I will still return as I’ve had good experiences previously but will be requesting someone else.

This place has been consistent for me. They iron out the knots and able to focus on issues I've had with tight muscles without much direction. I've had different masseuse each time however none have disappointment me.

Amazing spa, worth every penny.

Great location, massive place and very well maintained. They can accommodate a lot of people and still are booked out most of the time so that explains a lot about the place.

They suggested the right option for me and it was all professionally done.

Very happy and will go back for sure.
