My husband and I, and another couple stayed in the upstairs apartment at Roxburgh House. It was fabulous, beautifully appointed, spacious, tastefully furnished. Location was great also - 10 minute walk to Salamanca Market, and 10 minute walk the other way to North Hobart restaurants. However given that we were there on a Friday and Saturday night - it was a little noisy trying to sleep in the front bedroom - but all good. There was also a mix-up with our 2 x provided car spaces - but they worked out in the end

Gorgeous accommodation in a terrific location. Clean room, nice and quiet except for footsteps in upstairs apartments and hallways and noisy bedroom heater. Easy check in but make sure you request a parking space if you need one. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would certainly stay again.

Stayed in Apartment 2 and it was a great place to visit the city from. Large apartment and located within walking distance to everything you need to see in the city. I would stay again without hesitation.

Beautifully appointed apartment, centrally located in Hobart City. 15mins walk to the port area, Franklin Square. Lots of restaurants/take away and Woolworths close by.||Highly recommend this beautiful apartment - fully fitted out with quality and comfort in mind. Very quiet, an oasis of peace and comfort after a day of touring.

Fabulous heritage accommodation. Spacious top floor suite. Everything you need. Great "landlord". Secure. Located between restaurants in North Hobart and the CBD/ Salamanca Precinct - walking distance to either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Less facilities to visitors but very expensive,
no soap
no tea
Just empty fridge
Very hard to open the door at night , not enough light to read the owners complicated instructions at the entrance
Cannot sleep due to upper floor notice
Very bad bed creating back pain
At the end owner has requested us to do house work.
