Pizza was horrible ordered the tomato supreme and half of the toppings that was meant to be on the pizza wasn’t even there! Asked for extra pineapple barely gave any pineapple. Won’t come back , sultan & paradise pizza are waaaay better

The pizza was not bad. I was standing there to order but they didn’t care. They talking in the corner checking their phones. They got very lack of communication and they bit of rude. While one of them making my pizza, he was so careless and slow. Never seen a pizza shop like this. Pizza preparation counter was so messy.

This place was so bad. The pizza was smelly even birds wouldn't eat it. It literally because no one ate it. I don't know how people actually enjoy this. There is much better pizza in dandenong than this hell-hole. The meat was cut so thin. If I were starving and this was the only place to eat, I'd die from starvation. Don't waste your money here...

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I called and ordered a pizza, they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. I went after 20 minutes, realized that they haven't even take my order yet. I know that it happens sometimes when there is so much orders coming in but the worst part was that they made me wait 45 minutes in order to finish other customers order first. Isn't it supposed to be that I ordered before other customers and when they realised that they have missed my order, they should be making my order first instead of others?

Ordered a vegetarian pizza and asked for no chilli on it specifically yet they still decided to add it anyway.

Customer service and communication was quite poor as I had to explain everything to the girl more than once

The wait time is also longer than usual and with them not bothering with calling out your order only making it worse.

DISGUSTING. It was amazing at first but the 3rd time i bought it my pizza was ROCK COLD. not to mention they put chillies in it when i asked not to. while i was there they kept calling me chinese and saying ni hao. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Never seen such a bad pizza shop!! There is also a bunch of cockroaches roaming the place, very unhygienic!!
