Had a last minute 5 night get away, couldn't believe the price, very reasonable. We were able to walk to 2 restaurants, both excellent and to the ferry for a day trip to Keppel Island. Stunning views with beach directly across from resort. Staff very friendly, fresh towels offered daily. Room was spacious and comfortable. Swam everyday in the heated pool.

Spend 2 nights with no hot water. Although the hot water system was already broken down one day before our arrival, a receptionist didn’t tell us when we checked in. Until we told her that we have no hot water, she didn’t tell us about it and no sincere apologies at all. Outside BBQ was disgusting to use. Our impression was they are not thinking about the guests after they collect the money. Premium 1bed suite on the 3rd floor was nice and clean except an awkward shower setting, a beach was nice, a casual harbour restaurant is near by and good.

The location is lovely and close to the marina. The rooms are clean. Checkin easy, although not a fan of the QR check-in at reception, as it removes the personal service. I’d certainly recommend staying there.

We stayed there for a couple of nights to visit Great Keppel. The location was very convenient with a beautiful ocean view. Sadly the room needed repairs- elements of the shower and bathroom drawers were broken, the room was not serviced (bins emptied but beds not made) and a wedding at the adjacent restaurant played loud music late into the night making it difficult for the kids to sleep. If you have young kids you may want to request a room towards the back of the property as many rooms look directly over the restaurant. We didn’t find the room to be well stocked and on trying to call reception to restock shampoo etc- we were unable to contact them. We thought the pool was fantastic.

Hard to compare rooms as each apartment is owned privately. Our room recently refurbished, so quite good with nice furniture.

An issue that grinds my gears is, in 2024, internet access at resorts such as this should be fast and consistent. Could be a NBN issue, a provider issue, weather, insufficient infrastructure or access plan, whatever. Seems to be a common issue outside of any major city in Oz.

Went with my 4 kids. Lovely location, walking distance to 3 restaurants. The BEACHES restaurant was amazing - farm to plate and quality beautiful especially the tapas. Service, cleanliness, facilities lovely we had a wonderful stay and would like to return. Thank you

We picked this place as it said free Wi-Fi (this was essential for my use) and it was close to the ferry to Kepple Island (as we were visiting there for a day). The Wi-Fi may be free but hard to get on. The initial room we were in also had problems with the power going out due to a short out caused by next room's fan. This was finally fixed but we requested a change of rooms as the Wi-Fi wasn't working. Also our room's bins weren't emptied nearly all day and again this was fixed after I told the front desk. |Our new room was good, apart from the shower which required you to walk around 2-3 times to get wet. The wifi was better but again the bins weren't emptied until late afternoon after I once again asked at the front desk's assistance. I am not sure if I would stay again.

Very disappointing for a resort. Firstly I was asked to check myself in. Not happening. Definately not value for money. Standard room no power points beside the bed OR beside lamps. People need these if they have Heart monitors or sleep machines. Would rather have these than an mini bar. Couldn't get breakfast. No black out curtains so very bright from daylight on. So overpriced.
