I ordered flowers for my daughter 2 days prior to when I required them delivered. I have attached photos of the flowers I ordered through the website. (There is 2 bunches, one a bunch and one in an arrangement - I ordered one in an arrangement)
I have also attached what I received. My order value was $95, plus a $50 candle and delivery.

When you order something with an illustration sampling the flowers and colour palette, you expect something in the vicinity of what has been shown, plus you expect the correct dollar value. (All the photos in the selection shown on the website indicate the same flowers. Slight differences in colour tone, but all bright & vibrant and quiet beautiful)

I am beyond disappointed.

At my best guess, this is $65 value, and something I would expect to purchase in a supermarket!! (Actually, Roses & Beans is across from Woolworths..is this indeed a supermarket arrangement?)

This was supposed to be a birthday arrangement, with what i was expecting, similar colours to the picture shown with Roses, Lisianthus, Gum, Carnations & Disbud, in a range of bright pink, light pink, peach and a touch of white. I know due to flower supply you can't always do the exact thing, but this is nothing like what is in the pictures. Not the same colour palette, not the same flowers.

I would consider this arrangement to be a sympathy arrangement especially with that colour selection and the selection of flowers used which included an old browned off Disbud right in the centre.
I'm so disappointed, I won't be making this mistake again.

Staff are friendly and accommodating happy to have you there.
Food is excellent and very well presented.
The big breakfast is actually big and reasonably priced.
The rasin toast has garnish and tastes as good as it looks!

Family friendly with a small playground in the heart of the shopping centre

This is a must stop if youre nearby, highly recommended

Ordered a Ceasar Salad, I received some lettuce (not Cos) with a bit of chicken and bacon thrown in with a fried egg on top, couldn't taste anything Ceasar. Disappointed especially when you pay top dollar

Ordered several times and been disappointed so thought I'd give it one more shot. Same as always, expensive price for a few overcooked chips and a toasted chicken sandwich which always has something missing. Sandwich not fully toasted either. Coffee is like warm milk and staff always look unhappy and are unfriendly. Will not be trying again.

I love this place but the service wasn't great and I was forgotten for over half an hour even after checking multiple times if my food was ready. They have good coffee and lots of beautiful things in there, just the service is a major let down.

We're based in Emerald for farmwork and tried a bunch of places for our Saturday morning brekky tradition. This place has the best food, service and coffee in Emerald. Wish we could give more stars! Thanks for the consistently awesome food and coffee 🤤 - always cooked and brewed to perfection - going to miss you guys when we're gone!

terrible service, order was placed at 8;30 for a 9.15 delivery still has not been delivered at 10.20 called the store and their explanation was that my order was time consuming and they have a cafe to run as well. It happens so the send a delivery driver new to town and got lost. looks like we'll be receiving our cold breakfast served with ice coffees.. extremely disappointing
