Rosemoore was a beautiful oasis to start our trip in Australia in a nice quiet neighborhood, save for the morning birds you’ll see around her garden. Her sweet pups greeted us every morning and always looking for a belly scratch. Breakfast was fresh fruit, bread, cereals, jams, yogurt and fresh squeezed juice, coffee & tea to start the day right (served 715-9am) on the patio overlooking the garden. The steaming hot shower and great water pressure was amazing and the heated bed was a huge plus with the chilly nights and mornings with plenty of extra blankets to use. The room had a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, plates, cutlery we were able to bring food and snacks home. Train was a 10 min walk and about 15 to the closest beach.

There was construction next door but the guys were always respectful and barely noticed them

Only drawback was unable to connect to wifi staying in the farthest room and ate up a lot of data trying to plan the rest of our stay

What a wonderful and memorable stay at RoseMoore B&B! Shelley is the perfect host: I enjoyed our chats while she served up a hearty Continental breakfast every morning, on the verandah looking out to her beautifully tended garden. The room is comfortable and immaculate. I highly recommend this B&B; it's certainly my top choice for short-term accommodation if I needed a place to stay on my next trip to Perth.

Shelley is a kind and thoughtful host who provides spacious, spotlessly clean rooms and delicious breakfasts served on her veranda overlooking the pretty garden.||||We really enjoyed our stay and loved meeting Wilma and shelleys friendly dog Sophie who greats you each morning. Great spot for us as we were visiting family who lived locally but were able to walk to Cottesloe beach and the swan river and jump on the train into Fremantle and Perth so perfect for seeing the sights of this lovely area. Would definately stay again and would recommend to all.

We stayed here to visit family in Mosman Park and Subiaco, so the location of RoseMoore cottage was ideal, with Victoria Street Train Station only a five minute walk away. As we were travelling with our toddler, we also appreciated that there were numerous playgrounds and parks within walking distance (one of them literally next door) and that the local shopping centre was only five minutes away too.||||The accommodation itself was absolutely lovely. Our room was easily large enough to accommodate the portable cot we had brought, and provided enough space for our son to play around. Beds were very comfy and rooms were always kept tidy and clean. Our host Shelley was wonderful, and the generous breakfasts served were delicious. Our personal highlight was large backyard garden and veranda - a great spot to spend a quiet evening sitting outside enjoying a good book, and during the day a great playground for our son.||||All in all, very highly recommended!

We made a late (after 6pm) call for a room at RoseMoore B&B and were not disappointed. This is a beautiful place to stay in a tranquil garden setting. The outdoor verandah along the front of the rooms is a great way to relax after a day of touring and beaches.

The rooms are nicely appointed and very private. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and our host even joined us.

We must also thank Shelley for the excellent advice for a physiotherapist we urgently needed. Turn out to be a great recommendation.

This is a place we would certainly come back to.
