Nice place for solo travellers!
The accommodation is clean and comfortable. There’s a TV in the room and the air conditioning works well. The only issue is some noise from the road, but it didn’t affect my stay. Bathrooms are shared (not attached), which might not suit everyone. There’s also a bar on site.
Overall, it’s a good place for one or two people. Might not be the best choice if you’re travelling with children.

I recently had a very negative experience with [customer service, on Monday 24th march at 9:00pm and I am writing this review to highlight the poor and rude service I received from
Young Asian lady working in the pokies room on bar. She was so rude and arrogant.
The representative I spoke with was dismissive, unhelpful, and overall unprofessional, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.
I’ll suggest her if she doesn’t like to work there better take day off instead of yelling on customers.
I hope management will look on this.

Entirely scam. There isnt even mattress cover. The room is tiny with a strong stench. No utensils or chairs in the room. Bathrooms and showers shared by everyone. There isn’t any ensuite in the whole hotel. Staff is not helpful either. This shouldn’t be a hotel and they should keep it as a game room or a bar. Very disappointing and if I could leave a review without giving a star I would

We stayed at room 13, The window couldn't be opened. It has some soud proofing on top which lessen the noise that is coming from the Parramatta road. The room smells mouldy and mask by tiny air freshener. Towels, toiletries and bottle of water (upon check-in) is provided. We do not have a chance to use the breakfast facilities as we left before check out time
