Fantastic B&B style accommodation. Have stayed here before, recently changed hands, nothing else has changed. Top marks for standard of accommodation, cleanliness and new host. Excellent continental breakfast included. Unbelievable value for money, won't find better accommodation in Temora or for that matter anywhere else. New host Anne is a delight and nothing is a trouble. Why would you stay anywhere else?

Our room was simply superb - the bathroom was beautifully done, very spacious and with an amazing supply of shower gels etc as well as normal soap. The bedroom was very spacious with plenty of space around the bed. The bed itself was simply excellent ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast was again marvelous - fresh cut fruit prepared by Helen, with a variety of breads to try out. Helen showed us how to use the air fryer - something new to us. Helen and Geoff gave us a most interesting history of the place, and what they did by way of bus and taxi driving. The shared kitchen worked very well for us, including enjoying a bit of our own "home" cooking in the evening. At this stage we were on our way to Queensland and we so loved this place that we booked again for our return trip back to Melbourne in September - and gave ourselves the time to visit the Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory - well recommended. Will be back for an air show sometime in 2023.

We love going to the Rose Cottage for our stays in Temora. Our host Helen and Geoff are more than obliging and nothing is a problem. The rooms, which are very comfortable, are separate from the main house and a shared kitchen is available with complimentary teas coffee and biscuits. An excellent continental breakfast is also included. Each room has its own luxurious bathroom with all amenities supplied. Price for a nights accommodation is more than reasonable. My wife and I highly recommend this B & B to anyone. You won't find better anywhere.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. We have stayed in many B&Bs - this ranks in the top three. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and quality soaps etc. Lovely kitchen/dining area with plenty of provisions for a cuppa and also breakfast. Total privacy - an absolute gem!!! Loved it!

We can’t recommend Temora’s Rose Cottage Bed & Breakfast highly enough.
Restful, meticulously clean, fresh and modern .. it’s a haven when travelling.

Having a guest entrance/wing and your own bathrooms makes it perfect for travelling with family and friends. The 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms with ensuites are exceptionally comfortable. The bed was so divine!

Breakfast is effortless with a fridge of fresh food in a clean and spacious dining area.

The hosts are generous, friendly and welcoming, yet unobtrusive and respectful of your privacy. From booking to check out, Helen was exceptional.

Go to Temora and stay at Rose Cottage. Easily the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in, here or overseas.

Modern, clean and luxurious ensuite rooms. Our hosts Helen and Geoff ensured our stay was perfect. The house has a separate entrance for the b&b rooms, and a breakfast room for guests. Highly recommended. It’s located about 600 m from the centre of Temora.

Helen and Geoff have excellent rooms in their wonderful establishment. It is close enough to everything and nothing is a bother. Parking was great as was breakfast. Would stay here any time I am in town or the area. ?

Absolutely spotless. Helen and Geoff could not be more friendlier and generous. Breakfast was a fruit plater, yoghurts, toast.
The accomodation is top class. The beds are so comfortable. The gardens and surrounds are beautiful and well maintained.
A quick stroll to the Main Street. There are heaps of information on where to visit in Temora and the owners are knowledgeable.
Will stay there again when in Temora.
